-snip-
If there's enough interest, a game can be set up and run for mostly newer players, or you could jump right in with all the 'ole Vets. They don't bite (usually. Watch out for Frisk), I promise! ;D
Frisk doesn't bite, he's way too friendly.  He buddied up to me right away in M4.  Right Frisk?

In honor of Lincoln douglas and debates that had arguments lasting more than 2 minutes - what would people think about long form mafia.

Each person would be allowed to post once per day, possibly pmed to mod to prevent odd timing.

I was actually thinking it might be interesting to do a game where each person had a ~ 20 post limit for the day, aside from voting. Once you hit your 20th post from the day all you can say is votes, and not chicken style votes, just votes...

Then people don't talk in order to save their posts for when there is something worth commenting on... which there will never be, because nobody is talking.

I've been considering running a game of gauntlet of fools here for the people that haven't played it or are interested, since we don't have a die roller I would roll the dice for people and thus be unable to play. Up to 6 can play. If there is enough interest to try it out I'll run it.

I've also been trying to concoct a variant of dominion that would work for forum play but haven't got anything yet.

It takes 3 strikes to be out people.

I've also been trying to concoct a variant of dominion that would work for forum play but haven't got anything yet.

Maaaan, if only there was some kind of online implementation of dominion that would allow us to play that against each other.

Faust has also been incredibly stubborn this game. In other news, it's hot in the summer, and water falls from the sky when it rains.

Mafia, Resistance, Cosmic Encounter, Hanabi, Gauntlet of Fools, ... the number of games here are increasing.
As appreciation for all the organization of the games I play here, I like to host a different game.
Any suggestions? Anyone eager to play Pandemic? Especially anyone who doesn't know the game and want to try it out?
