A few of you have stated that you'll pass on exceeding auto-bid.  That's also useful to keep the game moving.  (obviously sometimes you won't really be sure, so it's fine to wait until you have the chance to re-bid)

If you start an Auction, but fail to win it, you start the following Auction as well. This continues until you have won a bid, at which point the next person in line who has yet to win an Auction starts the bidding.

ahh yes, I just checked the rules and realized this. Haven't played this game in over a year, and I think we probably played this part wrong when we did. I guess I chose the wrong power plant then last round...  whoopsies.  :-[

That'd be fine, or you can PM me if you like.

There are probably points in the game where knowing how many resources opponents have purchased will influence your own purchasing decisions even if there's no direct impact.  (knowing how much money you have left, and how many turns you're buying up for can certainly impact the last couple turns.  Probably doesn't make a difference currently) 

Side Note to liopoil: if you already know where you want to build you can PM me that too.  Or you can wait until after resource purchasing and post it publicly.
