I one time saw one that, at a part of it said, "Also, you must bake me some pancakes."

I don't think they would get mad at videos.  It gives them a lot of players.

I don't think they would either, though I'm not sure it really gives them players from what I am doing - people who watch my vids already play, at least for the most part (TotalBiscuit's video is a different story).

And on the other hand, there are companies like Nintendo which really don't like it, and beyond this, they may not appreciate e.g. complaints about how buggy their system is....

FWIW Goko gave explicit permission making videos as long as we don't make profit out of it.
The post where they stated this isn't online anymore though (or is the old ipbhost forum still available anymore?).
I don't expect Makingfun changing this.

I doubt anything will come of this, but I always find ToSes kinda stupid, mostly because I always actually read them (and they're all more or less the same drivel).

You might enjoy reading Tumblr's TOS.  They actually put some jokes in it.

I've heard feedback from several people that they've tried out Goko because of my videos/live streams. I've recently reminded Goko of this, too.

So here's what I got out of it: Videos, and probably the extension, are *technically* prohibited by this ToS, unless they make a specific exception. Now, they're almost certainly not going to care, but they need to technically explicitly say so.

FWIW, the extension was already forbidden under the old Goko (pre-Making Fun) ToS; that didn't prevent Goko employees from advocating its use...

I cant imagine sous-vide being optimal for pancakes. You would miss out on browning the outside. I wasn't joking about deep frying pancakes. It's quite good. They get a sort of donut like quality.

Funnel cake generally has sugar in the batter, while pancakes don't. But otherwise, yeah, I guess it would be similar.

like with a "roast" or a steak, you finish it with a blow torch.  You'd be amazed at the difference between pancakes cooked at 143 vs 145 degrees.

Well, you can put a small amount of sugar in pancake batter. But it's usually not more than a small amount. Funnel cake has significantly more.

I'm confused by the first part. Is this ToS for just the game, or the forum too? What content can you post in the game? There's a chat window... But you can't exactly post other people's content like pictures and stuff there.

I'm pretty sure that other Dutch people know the difference between frying and baking.  If not, your french fries and chicken wings must totally suck.
