EDIT: I only chose kingdom cards.  Base cards and other extra ones might have fit too, I didn't check.

Random sampling (OK, the first few on the list) suggests Matthias Catrein, but I don't have the time to go through them all or find what's missing!

Yep!


The point of it was to give Ozle a chance...  But then he wasn't here.  I just thought of something crazy that would be pretty hard to figure out.  It's kingdom cards that are not plain actions that if they start in the first half of the alphabet have to have an even cost and the second half of the alphabet having an odd cost.
