Cult bonus: 1 Coin / 1 Earth: 4 for Kuildeous, 3 for theorel and Qvist, 1 for ipofanes and Tables
All available bonus cards get a coin.
All actions are available again.

Round 3 starts:
Everyone gets income.
This round's scoring tile: 5 VP when building Sanctuary / Stronghold

Should that be 2 Workers? You can either pay 4 power for 2 workers as a power action, or 3 power for 1 worker not as an action.
