You can't. You can however do it in 2 turns, terraforming the spot twice.

(Just fixed a small error with the available town tiles, I hope noone planned on taking the 3rd priest tile)

ipofanes gets 14 points and 8 power, but can only take 6. Do you want to convert something before that?
Also you can still trade 1 VP to 2 power. Your power was 3/0/4 before your action.

The extra advance is a seperate action, so you can't do it until next turn. Does that affect your decision to build the temple?

I haven't been paying attention how many power I had before, but after a gain of 2 power I should have more than one purple token in the 2nd bowl.
