So, bozzball still hasn't come back...I sent him a PM on Thursday.
I think we should set some deadline for when he can come back...assuming he doesn't we have a couple options:
1) Someone replaces in.  (any interested parties out there?)
2) I can replace him...You'd have to trust that I'm not looking at power plant draws before they're revealed, and we'd have to change how auctions are handled, but there should be few enough auctions left that we can work it out.

If I replaced in, there are 2 things we could do about auctions:
1. Send max bids to a player who has passed the auction already.  This is really straightforward once someone buys a plant, since they won't be in any further auctions.
2. Just handle all bidding in-thread.  I don't think this would go substantially slower than the previous auction turns have gone.

So, I'd like input from people on both topics:
1. how long before I pursue a replacement for bozzball.
2. Would you have any objections to my replacing in.  (I'd be happier if someone else is willing, but in case they aren't...also a deadline for that would probably be good.)

I think finding a replacement is a good idea.

But not strictly better, because the spinoff can have a different cost than the expansion.

interestingly he was on on the 11th. His last post was february 28th, saying he was going to barcelona and would be back wednesday.

If you want, I can do any necessary randomization things for you. I don't want to have to update maps and things though. Don't really want to manage auction max bids either.
