Great, great, game. We played a 4-player game where none of us had played before, but the rules weren't hard to figure out. Seems like it probably has a lot of complex strategy that none of us began to grasp. But just in terms of the part we could figure out during just a first game... it's so much fun! Less down time than in a lot of games, and so many different possibilities of how to play it. The whole Mancala thing is just so neat.

Haven't played it yet, but want to give it a try for sure!
Maybe I'll look for it at a convention.

I really like to try that out as well. It's on my big list of games I like to test. Good to hear you enjoyed it.

I played this last night, 3 player. I agree with Gendo on pretty much all points. Lots to think about and keep tabs on, but not too hard to learn. The two newbs (including me) were predictably crushed by the veteran. It seemed like a really fantastic game with a lot of strategies to pursue. And yes, the Mancala mechanic is very awesome.
