Liopoil puts one settler each on his tobacco plantation and his quarry.
Glooble gets one settler, and the opportunity to move his settlers
Bozzball moves one settler from his small market to his coffee plantation, and puts one settler in his coffee roaster.
Qvist gets one settler, and the opportunity to move his settlers.
Jack Rudd puts one settler on his university.

Glooble - where are your settlers going?
Qvist - where are yours? (You can wait until after Glooble has responded)

you want to sub for bozzball in the current puerto rico?

I can try subbing if everyone's OK with that. I'll need some time to catch up on the game state and stuff, but I should be able to make a move tonight.

great! now we need a mod... I could try it if nobody else wants to.

should we consider a start-over and/or a new thread? start-over so michaeljb doesn't have to jump in a new position, and we haven't gotten very far, and the new thread so that the mod has control over the title,  OP, and edits.

Well if we're going to do a start-over, I think it should be a new thread as Puerto Rico II in case bozzball comes back to the site eventually. And that way I don't have to catch up on anything, so I guess that's my vote: restarting in a new thread.

So, what do we do now? Restarting this or starting a new one? Either way, I'm voting for playing Puerto Rico, no matter what we choose...

I'm V/LA right now. I'll probably make a new thread with game start-over when I get back (satudrday).
