I think it's more likely townJo. But again, I have not started following closely yet, so take this with a grain of salt.

I'd considered asking to be replaced out of this game because I have haaardly followed, just skimming posts that have come in. But with as slow as this game is going this weekend, I may manage to catch up. Unfortunately this game is also not my top priority, so I'm not out of the woods yet. My schedule has just been more filled than in the past, so my  mafia capacity is lower. It also doesn't help that day ones have more to read, but so much of it is just noise because people are mostly shooting in the dark, overanalyzing the tiny bit of content, or deliberately misleading.

Anyway, I'm not dropping yet. I will make a concerted effort to read and get into this game, although I AM deliberately staying out of the fray, because I find that my day 1 reads tend to be a lot better when I do.

I will Vote: Qvist too because that deflection was extremely obvious even when skimming. It might mean nothing, but hey, I was playing The Resistance a couple nights ago, someone did something extremely scummy, and guess what, they flipped spy.

L-2, I do believe. I'm not rushing for a lynch until I've had a chance to consider all players and my reads on them.  Like Dsell (and many others, I assume) this is sort of taking a backseat to other commitments right now.

I really think that deflection thing is serious, along with Qvist's reaction.  It seems like a not bad idea to get back to more reasonable/manageable day1 lengths.  Casino was insane, there was just sooo much, as we hemmed and hawed, accused and defended, and wound up with situations where for basically every player, too many people were saying "no way I would EVER vote for him."

Are there more general day1 things that need to be hashed out?

I'm not the best at theory-talk, so I don't know if we've covered everytyhing we want to in that regard.  I'm satisfied at this point, at least.

On the theory point, at least, I think we are done talking.  I believe we need a night to figure out how the package works.  It's RMM, so no telling what we can expect.
