Something is missing yet again

Three cards are missing from the following list.

Alchemist
Armory
Cellar
Council Room
Count
Cultist
Duchess
Embargo
Festival
Forager
Ghost Ship
Great Hall
Haven
Herbalist
Hermit
Lighthouse
Market Square
Moat
Native Village
Oasis
Saboteur
Storeroom
Torturer
Treasure Map
Vagrant
Vault
Woodcutter
Worker's Village

There are also three honorable mentions, for two different reasons.  One of them is Quarry.  For bonus points, find the other two.

Hint: I hate the puzzles where all that matters is something in the name of the card.  The name is completely meaningless here.

Edit:  I completely forgot to look through the Dark Ages cards!  They've been added--eight of them!  None have been left out, so there are still only three cards missing.

I have 4 answers: Harvest, Overgrown Estate, Pearl Diver and Village
I don't know why Quarry is an honorable mention, but I definitely think Cache has to be at least an honorable mention.
And I think that Ghost Ship shouldn't be on this list.

Huh, apparently I missed OGE, though I was only looking for kingdom cards.  And you're right about Ghost Ship now that I look at it a second time... sigh.  However, Cache isn't an honorable mention, for the same reason Herbalist is one the list rather than being elsewhere.

I feel like Loan and Hoard could be honorable mentions, but Quarry should not be...

The numerals on the card add up to the cost. Not sure I get Quarry though.
