Hard to get simpler than this. Tried messing around with the top of deck for a bit, but it was tough for me to find something satisfactory that wasn't a million lines.

The way I see it, these cards' effects combine quite nicely, and pretty directly, into a slightly different effect:
  • Gaining (Armory) + T4B (Research) = Remodel variant
  • Gaining onto your deck (Armory) + getting extra cards from the top of your deck next turn (Research) = gaining to your hand next turn
Thus, Rejigger, which Remodels one of your cards from this turn's hand into a card in next turn's hand. The bonus of getting the card in your hand is mitigated by the delay of it being a Duration.

Yeah, the potion clause matters very little, so covering Apprentice's weakness (-cost cards) makes it super strong. If I was submitting it to a contest I would drop the +1 Action.

I tried to do a cantrip something, but I couldn't get it to feel very satisfactory. So here we are. Somehow there's +Buy out of nowhere -- look. They can't all be the worst card ever.
