Much like the famous Chancellor/Stash combo, a Chancellor allows you to customize your next hand by purchasing an Inn, even if you are at the beginning of the shuffle. Since Inn's biggest advantage is generally weaker towards the beginning of the shuffle, a Chancellor allows you to tap that power at any time.

I can't find it, but this has been discussed before. Not sure if it had it's own thread, or was just mentioned somewhere. But I've done this on solitaire before, to get a KC, KC, Bridge, Bridge, Bridge hand.

Yeah, that's pretty nice. Even without trashing you get all Provinces in 12 turns.

Chancellor/Inn is also very good with Scrying Pool or any other deck with many cantrips.

I also had games with chancellor+inn => grand market and chancellor+inn=> witch (to win the curse race + inn filters through the curses) but I can't seem to find them.
