For this game, the following need managed:
-The Map, which includes establishing some means of drawing new map regions, and moving players around on the board.
-4 Global Decks: Spells, Advanced Actions, Units, (all globally visible) and Artifacts(not globally visible)
-Private Decks (1/Player)
-Monsters of the various colors (6 colors)
-Ruins
-Skills for each player (when they level up).
Of these, only the Private Decks and Artifacts need to be handled through PM or private google docs or something. But somehow we need to track the rest of it and enable the randomization of those elements.

If there's sufficient interest (which there seems to be, now) I could probably run this after June 18th.
