New colonist goes to Sugar Mill.  Move two colonists from Corn plantations to Sugar plantations.  Move one colonist from Indigo Plant to Sugar Mill.

EFHW, if I'm counting right you get another colonist.

colonist on Fortress. Move colonist from small market to Guild Hall. Move colonist from Large Market to Coffee Roaster. Move colonist from Office to Coffee Tile. Move colonist from Indigo Plant to corn tile.

Jack Rudd adds another colonist to San Juan.

12 colonists want to go the ship, but there are only 10 colonists. The game will end at the end of this round.

Does it really matter which ship? The game will end before the ships are close to filling.

I think that also means Qvist can ship Coffee on his Wharf, and nobody else can do anything on this turn. Does the choice of next action matter to anyone? (That is, can anyone score points from it?)

Only tie-breaker points at this point.  To that end, I grab the Prospector for 3 Doubloons.

Well, if it's the last round I certainly ship my Coffee on my Wharf.

Final Scores:

Qvist Kuildeous Qvist: 46VP
Liopoil: 43VP
Jack Rudd: 41VP
Glooble EFHW: 37VP
Michaeljb Kirian: 29VP

Congratulations Qvist!

I think I got all the substitution histories right. Please correct anything I got wrong. Thanks everyone who subbed and for sticking with this game, and for putting up with my often slow modding. This game lasted well over a year, even longer if you count the abandoned Puerto Rico I.

Wow, I'm surprised that I won because I played it only a couple of times and I think I never won before.
And I'm glad that we could finish this game even with all the breaks. Thanks for organising.
