Hypothetically as a mod how would you resolve an Ic declaration with driving a bus?

It's mod declared, it has to be true. That would be too bastardly.

It's a card that does it, so it has to be card that was available to scum, too. Meaning it's just a Card that forces the mod to mod-confirm your alignment. Meaning even if it were directed to someone else, I think it still holds true. If it were directed to Morgrim and he were scum, I would expect it to mod-confirm him as scum.

I agree with this.

I think I'm okay with a Qvist vote today.  YN has twice told the truth about his cards that I can confirm, so that's good enough for me to believe him over Qvist at this point.  I think Q's been shifty with his story enough that we should lynch.\

I don't know what TMs would do, but since it's all made up, it's moot to try and guess.  I know you didn't lie about what you played because I 1) investigated you N1 and 2) have a Tactician.

Oh, right, sorry.  I agreed with Robz that the Mod wouldn't confirm scum as IC because that would be really bastardly.  I don't know why Treasure Map would do that, though.

Regarding the "Qvist is scum debate": I said everything I know and only have that one attack card that I got from Morgrim.
CF confirmed my cards. So if I'm scum, I couldn't have played 5 cards right? But I played Outpost+Navigator, 2 TMs and Masquerade.
I think this clears me. No-one couterclaimed my TMs which clears me as town twice.

That leaves Young Nick and ashersky as top scum reads in my opinion.

Just for clarification, I already mentioned it here:

So after Outpost+Navigator and 2 Treasure Maps I only had one card left, like I have planned this. It's Masquerade. It let me exchange a card from my hand with someone else's card. But I have no card, so I basically can steal a card. I chose Morgrim. He has Smugglers, Market Square and Steward and a fourth card, an attack, that I stole. But I think Morgrim is innocent because he has still 4 cards in hand right? So I know have to find out whom I should target this night.

Also, the number of cards is not indicative of anything after N1.  For example, I enlarged my hand size on N2.  There are cards that do that, which others can confirm.

I do not believe Qvist is cleared.

I think the plan ought to start with lynching Qvist, then a combination of roleblocking/investigation me and YN, if we're convinced still that we are the outliers, and we haven't won the game by lynching Qvist.
