Goko Posession bug?

So I played a posession, and then used my opponent's turn to play a duchess, I look at his card and discard/put back, then I should be able to see mine and do the same thing right?  Goko doesn't think so... I have to make a decision of where to put the top card of my deck based solely on the back of the card.  Before I report this bug, is this the case?  Here's a screenshot

The hand that is visible there is my hand, not his.

On second thought, maybe it's the same and maybe it's different. Not sure.

Look at his left most card...

... and then look at the title of the left most tab.

WIN!
