Many of the timezones are now off by 1, because of the silly summertime thing.
It already caused quite some posts in the group threads and I'm also a bit afraid scheduling will actually fail because of this.
So... going to really solve it after all. Programming it is not a problem, but I do need more information from everyone.
The utc-offset is just not good enough, I will need your timezone id. I will use that data to include your actual UTC offset in the group thread posts.
