The following cards have been removed from the executive order deck:
Civilian Juristdiction, Curfew, Insurrection, Isolate Colonial One, Military Police Force, Presidential Pardon, Prioritize, Vigil

The following Night, each player that has been removed from the game may vote for a resolution that has been removed from the executive order deck, to put it back into the deck.

Day 4 begins! Thread unlocked!

Noone is the President of the Colonies.
WestCoastDidds is the Admiral of the Fleet.

Executive order deck: 0 in deck, 0 in discard, 1 drawn

Vote Count 4.0[/color]

Not Voting (7): Jack Rudd, WestCoastDidds, EFHW, Swowl, gkrieg13, Glooble, Cylons

With 6 alive, it takes 4 to exile. Day 4 ends July 26, 2021, 03:45:00 pm.

I realize that I was focusing on the election and didn’t read this closely.

“The following Night, each player that has been removed from the game may vote for a resolution that has been removed from the executive order deck, to put it back into the deck.”

Does removed mean brigged?
So, the players brigged have been:
ADK (green, maroon)
Ash
Mathdude
E
Scola
Mix

At 3 town players currently brigged, we’re even. Now, this is just the cards and they aren’t inherently good or bad for us, but at least three players are looking for us to lose and will choose cards with that mindset.

Or does removed include Dylan and LaLight?

I don’t know what to do with this, but I’m thinking about it.

I think it probably includes the players on their way to Kobol as well. But I think its very unlikely Dylan and LaLight are both scum, given that we had a nightkill. So it should still be even.

Because one of them's Insurrection, which has a discard-this-and-draw-a-new-card effect.

I think if there is remaining scum in this subgroup, it is Swowl.

Not Jack? I will admit I’m getting het up about his discard deck errors so that can be coloring my vision. Why Swowl?

PPE: no, I’m not taking reshuffles into account because there shouldn’t have been a reshuffle until today. If there was a reshuffle, how did he know I was holding special counsel?

Can you spell out what you think the cards were each day?

Swowl because his participation falls neatly into the scum box. I didn't know about Jack's inaccuracies, though. I'm planning to reread Swowl to see what I can find.

So Didds had 4 choices, then MiX had 3, and 1 was used?

It was probably the only one left after the others were removed. The card removal was probably the turning point triggered by MiX's incapacitation.

I see three cards, and discard one.

N2: Prioritize, Insurrection, Presidential Pardon
I discarded prioritize because I didn’t want MiX to hamper military abilities

N3: Course to Kobol, Civilian jurisdiction, Isolate Colonial One
I discarded civilian jurisdiction because I didn’t want MiX to hamper military votes

I so feel you on the quote fails today. At least you avoided jumbotext!

I see now that information was available in the set up post if someone checked what was removed and could figure out what was left. What’s itching at me is that Jack made it seem as if it was inside info instead of day-start info.

I’m clearly in a paranoid state about these XOs and Jack (I really didn’t like “WCD did this” when it wasn’t true). Does it add up to anything? I’m not sure.

For comparison. We don't know what ash did/saw N1.

N1 discards: Military Police Force, Special Counsel

N2 discards: Curfew, Insurrection, Prioritize

N3 discards: Civilian Jurisdiction, Isolate Colonial One

Man, I've been seeing the list of discards in my QT all this time and only just twigged that the N2 list had seven cards in it. Counting, I am not good at it.

I think I can see why there were 3 discards on N2. MiX discarded Insurrection, and then was given another card (Curfew), which he then discarded in favor of Presidential Pardon.

Based on how votes went yesterday, I think that EFHW might also be resistance-aligned

I can’t pull up the quotes on my phone but I think she voted when she thought scola wouldn’t be hammered because of time zones and availability.

gkrieg...condolences on the computer.  I was avoiding a bit of work I didn't want to do, so I grabbed her posts from the EoD for you. Is it the casual X-1 that is scummy?

I'm good with no exile. There is a chance, don't know how big, that Dylan and LL are both scum and wanted a free town exile. Probably not, since they were so overt about it, but who knows. I don't have a compelling case on anyone right now.

vote: no exile

vote: scola. The multiple doses thing really doesn't track. The part about conservatively choosing only one the second time makes no sense if the only reason he failed the first time was that someone targeted him. The doses would have to disappear if you fail for this to matter.

scola's claim would be risky for scum since a military player might have targeted him last night.

No, he probably claimed this part because he has inside information about who targeted him. It's not really possible to know how much, but scum!scola wouldn't leave that to chance, I think.

If only Dylan were here to confirm this...

What do you mean about Dylan being able to confirm something?

E-1, btw

Why not ask Jack?

Day 3 Final Vote Count

Jack Rudd (1): WestCoastDidds
scolapasta (5): MiX, Jack Rudd, Glooble, EFHW, Public
gkrieg13 (1): Swowl
MiX (1): scolapasta

Not Voting (2): Cylons, gkrieg13

With 8 alive, it took 5 to exile.
