Missed that part.  I'll do a reread but I think mcmc might be the best choice for an Axxle2 killer.  He's afraid I'd share information with him and vice versa.

Vote: mcmc

I'm not down with this mcmc lynch. I think this is a preplanned frame job.
Pre-planned?  By whom?  The only thing I noticed was MC suggesting he was didn't like A2 and some others saying well, that might be kind of scummy--or at least suggest maybe he would kill for that reason...  Are you suggesting there are people here that would lynch MC for some meta reason?  If so, what reason?  I just am too new to know MC, though he played scum in the only other game I played.  I'm not sure hating A2 is a great reason to lynch MC, but not sure it's a terrible reason either.

Specifically I think jotheonah did the framing. It's not a meta reason, but very much in this game. mcmc spoke ill of Axxle2 (and is the only one who did). Axxle2 dies. joth immediately comes out to say that he thinks mcmc killed Axxle2 because he didn't want him in the game and votes for him. A scummy player (joth) going after someone (mcmc) for a flimsy reason. I'm not 100% sure that joth is on the scum team that executed the kill, but I think it's likely.

That sounds plausible. Vote: Jtotheonah

Scum teams?!  Not one scum, not teo scum players, but more than one GROUP of scum?  Woah. If that's true eHal is just wicked!  Or is that a scenario that comes up in these Bm games regularly?
Maybe jorbles is just speculating, but that staement was part of reasoning for his Joth vote.  Also-  jorbles, that seems like very strained logic as to Joth. Maybe more flimsy than the case against MC even.  Care to expand on this "scum team" theory?

dude, that happens in non-bastard games. It's called multiball. Some people hate it, increasingly, because it can lead to weird-ass end games.

Multiple scum teams is certainly possible, though we have no evidence for it at present, and Jorbles did frame his statement as if he knew for sure there was. Like, if he is a Werewolf or something, he would know or at least assume mafia.

That's more than good enough for me. Vote: Jorbles

I agree with basically all of the above (except to echo Jo that multiple scum teams is not unusual), but am waiting to hear from Jorbles about it.

So I say we go through and give reads on everyone, even if its weak, try and put everyone in a category.

Town:
Joth(playing his usual game but not forced)
Jorbles(lots of quality posts trying to make sense of things)
Liopoil(has some good opinions, I actually find you town, this may be bad, I'm always wrong on you)
Robz888(seems to be laying low, what I expect from town town robz)
Ashersky, axxle, eevee(all seem somewhat town to me)

Scum:
Spiritbears(seems less aggressive than I expect, could be due to growth in play style)
Rashisi(seems to have more setup knowledge for speculation)
Arch(similar reason to rashisi, felt like he was covering when caught)
Glazria(has had way less impact than I expect from town galz)

Null: mail-mi, dsell actually just didn't have time to reread them and I wat this out because I started it forever ago and lots of stuff has happened.

For reference, 31 posts since I started this.

Town read on axxle as usual. Town read on Joth, he's comin out of the gate how I expect him too but it's not forced. Still curious of rashisi and ash(i believe) while I like speculation of the setup any unconventional setups are more likely to be suggested by people who would fit into them.

Razisshi is suspect, for sure, from his last post.

Hopefully this post will be "good", I don't have much time to make it, but some decent thought went into it.

I don't see the point of scum making a kill on Axxle2.  He didn't make a single post all day, so why would the scum be concerned about him?  No, I think Axxle2 was a Vig kill by a Town Vampire whose NK is mandatory.  If Scum had a NK, it was somehow blocked, but it's also possible there is no scum with a NK.  Remember, this is a Bastard game.  There might be no scummy scum, or what passes for scum has no NK.

Scum without an NK?  What is that?  Who thinks of that?  Scum without an NK.  I mean, it is just way out there, and a neat idea for a bastard game, but I don't think someone normally suggests this as a possibility.

vote: Razzishi

Are you playing a different game than I am?  I'm pretty sure this game isn't normal.  Recall that there were no rules posted at all.  We have no reason to believe that the standard game of Mafia is even being played.  For instance, one of my many theories is that we're all Town.  How would there be a game, you ask?  Well, consider that I am told I win when there are no threats to me left.  Maybe some of the Townsfolk are threats to me, and some aren't.  Those supposed threats might be in the same boat I am, winning when there are no threats to them left.  They're not scum because they have a town-styled win condition and no night-kill, but they might still be designated a threat to me because of flavor reasons or whatever.  I suspect each of us (or at least the vast majority of us) is a werewolf, vampire, alien, conspiracy theorist, piece of cheese, or similar that certain other groups consider threatening, but not all groups.  We have no clue which groups are threatening, we just have to play until the mod tell us the game is over.

My attitude towards this is certainly going to draw suspicion on me, but consider the fact that I chose to play in a Bastard game for my first one here.  I like thinking up wild and crazy ideas for how the mod is going to screw around with out preconceptions of how Mafia is played, and I would regardless of my alignment.

Just got to read razzishi's response and I'm not sure jorbles post reaks of scummier setup knowledge than this.

I mean I guess jorbles looks like he's more likely to be on a scum team from the way he posted, but razzishi looks like he's scum with no nk. Also if there was multiple scum teams why would there only be one nk.
