That wasn't ready. I worked it out just now when i saw Insomniac's post. I acknowledge that he's just saying "these people should be looked at" and I agree. I just disagree with the way f.DS has been applying the lurker-tag recently.

Lurking has few valid defenses. It's anti-town and this is coming from a serial lurker. When someone calls you out for lurking, if you're town, you should realize they have a point and you're not helping your team. Also lynching lurkers probably produces pretty decent results in the long run.

PPE: it was indirectly defensive because you were listed among the lurkers. That's how I interpreted it anyway. I doubt I'm the only one.
