Hmm... yeah, not announcing who you're checking sounds like a good idea. It's worth noting that your role doesn't even guarantee scum, I mean there aren't many roles that would be impossible to imagine scum having that town couldn't and vice versa. So all you can really do is give indications.

Yeah, I'll Winvote: Joth for one night at least. I've as much reason to disbelieve him as I do to believe him, so why not.

I'm still worried that he's a Move-Cop / Power-Cop / All-Powers-Cop for scum, and so "faking" town results will be easy for him, but I don't see much that can be done about it right now. Joth: Find scum.

Actually, there is a way.... But this is fine for now.

Unwinvote. Not because I dislike Galz but because, I'll be winvoting Joth eventually. Quickly checked the rules, I strongly want to suggest the following: As best I can tell, once the losevote is locked, the day will not end if the winvote isn't AND the lose target will not die until that time. That means, we can let that person fully expound their thoughts and share any information they have before they're lynched. We can do this in theory normally, but a lot of time even when they're basically told outright they're getting killed, the lynch target will still just argue for their own innocence. When their death is 100% guaranteed, they can simply share all information.

For this reason, I suggest we try to lock losevote before winvote.

Well, he doesn't "evolve" - but he's not immune to soaking up experience when others die (he's included in the random roll), so it's not impossible that the Mods would've given him something to "weaken" the fact that he can't "evolve", but still allow him to "gain" something if he "levels up".

I will NOT support continuously Winvoting Joth. If he's scum, that end-games town. The best bet is to get him up to what he claims is Alignment Investigation, and then set him free. If he's scum, he won't be NK'd, and that solves our problem. If he's NOT scum, then scum will have to choose between NK'ing him (in which case any results he posts before then are confirmed true), OR trying to frame him by NOT killing him - but this risks Joth investigating them.
