We have discussed this so many times in the past.  No Lynch on Day 1 is anti town.

I saw a daily calulation of wages today that was:
[Period Amount] /21.66 + [No. Working Days] - [No. Working Days] /1

Now, besides the obvious fact that the last half is pure junk, if someone goes off on unpaid for a day during a month with 23 working days or more, they actually get a pay increase that month!
