Not taking advantage of the reveal essence to become a near-IC is very, very scummy. This whole "oh but what if I was disguised" business doesn't add up... I mean, that's something mafia would worry about. Like, a townie would get this, use it, be happy to be confirmed town, and not fret the whole disguise business.

I get that, but I really think it is unlikely that scum are given an extra kill if there are 3 scum in 12 people (especially with 4 scum in 12 people as some are suggesting.)

2) I would assume idptg was aware of the caveat that if you are wearing a disguise that is what’s revealed. If I was idptg that would be the first thing I would say after the person used the ability to inform everyone it’s not guaranteed the player who used the ability is town. So the end result would just be that the mod reveals I have samurai jacks sword.

So I reiterate who should I have used the ability?

What if you weren’t disguised then, but is disguised now and that’s why you postponed?

I mean I guess that is a possibility. Its a stretch but sure if you find me so scummy you can make that argument. I’ll go back to the fact is it would be very weird for me to be a scum who started with samurai jacks sword, and have some kind of a disguise mechanic, especially one that is delayed.

I agree with what your saying but since the wording was such that any samurai could use the sword and that I could potentially become a samurai it makes it possible (though slight) that there is scum who can use the sword. And again combine that with the fact that I don’t think a cig should shoot on early days I didn’t find it smart to give galz the sword.

Last night, I targeted Galzria. I claimed protective role early because this role is super inconsequential. I tried hard to get killed last night by either protecting Galzria or making scum believe I was Robz' lover. I am not actually Robz' lover though.

I also have an item (bagpipes) that can be used by a Scotsman. I assume that EFHW was the only Scotsman in the game, what with the show taking place in Japan. So I never really did anything with it. I thought about maybe sending it to another town as some kind of signal that I wasn't roleblocked or something, but it never seemed important. The item would enable EFHW to roleblock another player.

I will say that Idplay has become my top townread, and that gkrieg's claim is super suspicious, and that gkrieg and LaLight are very likely partners.

It's impossible to know whether it's MYLO right now, it's probably not but it could be. We don't exactly know how many scum there are or how many kills they get or how possible it is to protect townies from dying.

Why not pretend you didn’t believe robz was a lover and then bodyguard him to prevent the double night kill? Basically I don’t see the value in you acting like robz lover?
