Hi everyone!

I don't particularly want RVS right now, so can someone explain to me how this is balanced? I guess when the mafia submits their list, they have to include a mafia on it or else they make POE very easy. The chances of them including a WW is also pretty high, so I guess we can analyze that too. There's more though right?

Has RR faked stuff like this before ? I suppose it could easily be an attempt to get people to reveal what they expect from the scum list.

Cool, I interpreted those votes as purposeful,  but I guess I was wrong.

Right now, the scums look like: Jake, 2.7, Robz, Faust and I don't know the fifth.

Feel like backing these up with reasons?

Not entirely sure why, but this feels scummy to me. Not sure exactly since I haven't played with Jake, but it doesn't seem like his kind of post, but it makes sense from a scum perspective, ie someone who's genuinely very interested in what everyone thinks if it helps them find the other scum. Like, you see this and you're scum, you think "Huh, he's right about me, maybe he's right about those other people too".

Re: the iguana post about the fundamental problems with not wanting to lynch "strong" players or lurkers. Feels like a townie response to me, town inexplicably doesn't like meta quite often.

As long as people are actually thinking about it rather just jumping on wagons aimlessly, then it's okay.

Done with day 1, didn't want to actually clutter the thread into oblivion with quotes... Mostly what I'm getting from this is that JR comes off looking really townie, he's just not scummy in the way that I expect scum to be in this setup, ie I don't get the feeling that he's trying at all to find scum. That's not very pro-town, but I think it's townie. e is actually pretty townie too, I'm not sure why I found him so off on D1. I think that's woh I'm voting for right now ?  unvote[/] for now at least.

Still think RR is town, Robz and iguana are obvtown, Eevee I have no idea about but leaning scum because of feelings... mostly I think I just want to lynch gkrieg. I thought he was just absnet on day 1, but he did post a decent amount early on, it was just all completely forgettable and fluffy. Doesn't sound like town!gkrieg facing a 5 out of 11 lynchpool. I could do Jake too, though again I think scum would just be trying harder to scumhunt there. Which is why I really disagree with Robz about Eevee, who seems to be trying slightly harder than his town self.

But right now I'm super tired, so I'll do day 2 tomorrow.

Why does that not sound like town!gkrieg?  People have used fluffy as something to get me mislynched often before. And on top of that, I've been VLA and still probably have more quality and quantity than most players here.
