Do you know something we don't?

Joseph did.
No I didn't.
I just applied common sense.

Applying common sense would have led you to the opposite conclusion.

Disagree.
Common sense was that yuma had quit- he'd quit every forum game, which obviously meant he was serious.

No. It obviously meant nothing. Common sense was that yuma was pretending to quit again because it wouldn't have been the first time he did something like that.

When has he ever fakequit before?
I've seen that he quit for real before, but not fakequit like this.

In Marvel Heroes (although technically he wasn't pretending to /out, just quitting the game while posting a meaningless post every day as per the rules).

Not even remotely the same thing.

I'm doing my best not to vote you out of sheer annoyance here.

I am already doing the most pro-town thing possible: voting for the confirmed scum. You probably want to do the same unless you want scum to win.

Let's say Joseph ends up being town this game, will you stop talking about confirmed scum in the future?

Doubtful. In desperation, the last completed game, Awaclus tunneled two town players the whole game, then got killed at night. His reads being completely wrong there didn't have any effect on his sureness of being right here.

Point iguana. Not that points really matter with a result, but still.
Igu is town or trying the hardest he ever has as scum.

I'll stop talking about confirmed scum when people stop confirming themselves as scum.

So initial thoughts from reread:

e seems scummy at the beginning of D1, it is just something I can't get over, so it is a good thing he is the IC.

ss votes early on e

ADK is quick to say that he doesn't think ss is scummy in response to my RVS vote.  I am really liking the idea of a ADK/ss/? scum team.

He then finds my reads list scummy

Seprix seems to be trying to do townie things

Haddock mentions that the fruit receivers claiming could be ICs if done right

iguana has the whole aggressive at e thing.  I know he was really aggressive in Soap Opera Mafia, and was town there, so I guess that is where I get my slight town read based on his aggressiveness.

ss says that he agrees with ADK on the scumminess of my reads list.  If you reread the first pages of D1 with the mindset that ss/ADK/? is the scum team, it is amazingly easy to see them as partners.

Joseph tries to pull the game back into RVS many times.  Like a lot of times

Awaclus jumps on Joseph saying that scum outed themselves. Seems slightly scummy to me.

Seprix voting for JReggie for putting Joseph at unannounced L-1 when the vote count was incorrect is a little strange

The whole fake hammer thing on reread doesn't really give me any vibes either way for Joseph.  I thought it was townier from him the first time around, but I don't think it says anything either way about him.

PPS isn't really as present as he usually is.  I'm not sure what that says about him.  I know the last few times he was town he got burned, and you don't want to get lynched often as either alignment.

ss also kinda disappears after he receives pressure

I get town vibes from PPS, but they are slight because of his little content

town list that was filled in as I went along:
JReggie
chairs/yuma/lio
Seprix
e

townier but nullier:
Haddock
II
PPS
Joseph

scum list filled as I went along:
ADK
ss
Awaclus

Just from rereading D1, I just can't see us lynch anyone but ss/ADK today.  I just won't be a part of a lynch that isn't one of them

vote: ss

I'm pretty sure that is where my vote already was.

I've been phone posting for a while, so I hope to get on a computer later today to do a big reads list. I think a lot of my reads are kind of outdated. In particular I'm wondering about ADK. He's been seeming scummier recently.

I've been having less time for this game lately. I will try to fix that soon.
