Like, basically the way I'm reading this is that scum is sitting on the Egor wagon saying "Let's lynch him instead" so that tomorrow we have another mislynch to do instead of lynching them.

I'm kind of reading this as a premature defense for your partner.

If you are genuinely concerned and think both are town, then consider this:

If we lynch Egork, even if he is town, it's just one mislynch.  Joseph can always redeem himself later.

If we lynch Joseph, with the level of activity Egork has right now, we'd probably mislynch him later.

It's not like he's always as non-present as he is now. He's had some towny games recently. This is not one of them.

Or, you know, we could also lynch you or Haddock, who are actually scummy.

I already said- I'm VT. Lynching VT in D1 isn't the worst outcome. And so I'm happy to go for a less likely to happen but in my opinion lynch.

Your opinion on most people has been completely different to mine- posts suggest you think me, ss and ii are all potentially scummy. I personally think 0 of us are scummy.
