If we get to the deadline and there's NO BETTER OPTION, I'll lynch Joseph. But I'm telling you, he's town.

No, scratch that. I'm not going to do it. I'd take a no lynch over Joseph. I'm not giving in to terrorists.

So ADK and e are scum, who's the third guy?

Really? A no-lynch is bad, it basically gives scum a free kill.

Also, ii is so adamant that I can only see him being town.

Wouldn't lynch:
e
ii

Would lynch:
Everyone else potentially

No one has ever claimed to be scum in a joking manner who didn't turn out to actually be scum.

Oh, look at that. You won't lynch the two guys who A) won't lynch you and B) are making the worst possible play by stating absolute certainty where none can possibly be had to the point they would rather damage the game with no lynches or never ever playing again.

It's this overt ridiculousness that discourages me from moving my vote. I mean, clearly, there's other scum members and Joseph may not even be one of them but his lynch is so polarizing it gets us something more than I think any other lynch could.

Right now I wouldn't lynch iguana, PPS, Seprix, or as

I would like to lynch e, but realize that might not happen.

I would be fine lynching Joseph but would rather not

Which is odd since it's a stretch to say that is what I was talking about. I mean, it was part of the subject in some sense but is completely not what I was actually addressing.

Absolute certainty on D1 (especially) is terrible play. Iguana's drama is higher than Haddock's which is impressive. However, ashersky already took the trophy for threatening to never play again if someone flipped opposite his prediction.

That iguana wants to tunnel so hard and throw his hands up so soon and be all certainly certain is no scum tell but if I don't have any decent reads I am inclined to lynch the guy dragging the rest of us down with poor play.

I was reaponding to this.

I'm back folks!

Sorry, I missed an IRL day there.  I was on a road trip, thought I'd have mobile internet but I ran out my data limit before I could do anything.

I'm home now, but it's late.  I am still promising a reread of at least ADK and I will get there.

For now, a couple of things:
1) I'm not currently voting for anyone.  This is bad.  I actually think of the current options I like voting e more than anything else.  The thing between him and iguana feels like it's probably a townclash, but I was getting scummy vibes off e earlier on, maybe he's just playing well under suspicion. vote: e  Actually no.  Let's do a vote: egork instead.  He needs to contribute more.

2) I want to address this:
Iguana's drama is higher than Haddock's which is impressive.
It's not really particularly game-related, but I am fascinated by this.  Where on earth have you gotten this idea that I'm somehow the biggest drama queen on fds?  I mean, dude, I've played one game with you on here.  I was put under very heavy (and unwarranted, in my eyes, since I was town) pressure quite early on, some of which was provided by you and some of which wasn't.  Anyway, I fought off that pressure in the way I deemed most appropriate, some of which was by venting my frustration in a couple of big rantish posts.
I also in that game had a bit of a clash with you where I thought you were calling me incompetent: wires crossed, water-under-the-bridge, etc.
This was all some (fairly minor in the scheme of things) drama that happened in one game.  And you've concluded from that that I'm some kind of super high-strung drama magnet?  By comparison to some of the recent clashes we've had between big f.ds personalities, my drama seems pretty negligible.  So I don't get it.  Should I be offended at this point?  Not sure.  I mostly just think it's weird that that's the conclusion you've reached - my IRL personality, believe it or not, is pretty laid back.

The best reason to lynch Haddock is the meltdown we get to witness on the wagon runup. I mean, we should totally wagon him every day just for the lulz.

Wordy answers =/= drama.  I like writing.

But yeah: "If you prick me, do I not bleed?"  Or something like that.  You seem determined to make judgements about my character.  And I don't really mind, I just don't follow your reasoning.

A) I'm playing the game the way I play it which has value in and of itself.

B) if I didn't like you I would ignore you not poke fun with you.

We're all having fun here, well, except for that guy who is going to eat his sock and never play a Mafia game again by the end of this one.

I know nothing about EgorK. Lynching lurkers is what you do when you're in D3, not D1.

Because of this proposal, Haddock is not in good standing with me.
