Bomb, Cannon, and many of the Gunpowder cards can strongly effect gameplay, particularly in a destructive way

Herald by itself can't, you need to Throne/King/Procession it. Golem would work too, but Golem can already achieve simultaneous Tacticians.

6 point swing, you don't have to return any Provinces. Success Baby gives his opponent the last Province, ending the game and winning by 1 point.
I was originally going to have him Herald a Remake, but then all you edgecasers would have mentioned Platinum.
