Dominion Videos and Streams / My streaming settings for OBS

Hello
I am using a Intel i7-4600 15 Watt CPU that throttles a lot (missing the good old 35W CPUs in my notebook a bit). However I played a bit with OBS for streaming and I found out the following:
- disabling Microsoft Defender's real time protection (see: options) will improve OBS speed significantly
- Coding: using Quick Sync as Encoding options (no CBR) seems to work best (since it is hardware supported by my CPU)
- Quick Sync Encoder: using VBR with 1000Kbit/s is sufficient. I have to set the quality to 6 because the MF client uses so much CPU
