Actually, Unvote.  I want to get out of RVS immediately.

I choose to do so by talking about the set up.

If we lynch town and then town uses its vengekill on another town, we lose.  I think at a minimum we should, before the first lynch, come up with some second choice and work to help whoever is about to get lynched (assuming they are town cause mislynches are often common day 1) make a reasonable choice for their venge.

Ok so we can use tapped out for the draft.  But Cockatrice is down, which is my go to place to play.  Whats the next best thing?  MWS?  If I remember correctly, MWS wasn't great at actually playing games.

This is what I did.  27 Succeeded.  So I get 1 extra to skeleton to deploy.  I will deploy that extra Skeleton and the Fortress in 27.  I get 11 Coins.

Oh i see, I get 1 extra, cause I succeeded in 27.  For some reason I thought I failed.

So yeah just 1 in 27.  And a fortress in 26 or 27; doesn't matter.

I agree that GTC is a good place to start.  I know other forums and such have run drafts so I know its possible, but I need to figure out how to facilitate the passing of the packs, whether a program can handle this or what.  I normally play games through Cockatrice.  It is the easiest to setup with a better game interface than MWS, but it does have a slightly worse deck building interface (namely I wish it had a way to directly move cards between MB and SB in the deck building screen; you can SB in match though and that works incredibly well... why they cant make something similar work for the deckbuilding interface is beyond me)

Hey, f.ds!

I am here to gauge interest in running some kind of M:TG Draft with some of you guys.  I know that there are a few people that have expressed interest in Magic at one point or another.  I recently got Shraeye interested when I dragged him with me to the Gatecrash Prerelease.

So is this something that people would be interested in?  Can we get 8 to do a booster draft?  Obviously it would be just for fun, and we could use a program like Cockatrice to play matches.

Yes it will get better soon, but that said I'm basically phasing out of all forum games for a while once the ones I'm in are done. 

Ok, so I'm going to go with the Karachi route.  I think my turn is going to suck no matter what and I'd rather keep Moscow around as a possibility depending on the next 4 turns of infection flips.  So:

Ok so I went back and have read basically since Yuma made the initial case on Glooble.  I am slightly confused about what happened between that post and where we are right now.  I could use a little help because I feel like I've gone through it multiple times and I dont really understand how we got back around to it or how he now is at L-2 now.  Granted in the middle of it I was/am distracted by my reads on Ash/Mcmc/Robz.  But who knows how much scum there is, I could be right about any or all of the 3 of them and Glooble might be scum.

I guess I just got confused by the Glooble case followed by Yuma making a Jimm case and people calling him out for derailing the only good lynch.  Have people been on Glooble for a while for things other than lurking (which as an aside: I am becoming more and more cautious of and would actually prefer to lynch more lurkers) but that doesn't mean that I think that Yuma's initial case was super compelling.  I thought it was meh at the time and I really dont think that its a hit it out of the park case right now.

That said, I dont particularly have a town read on Glooble.  There are things that stuck out to me in his response to the Yuma case, more than the Yuma case regarding how he talked about the reads on players (I got an impression that he was willing to word his reads on people in inconsistent ways; whatever was best to rebuke a particular point in Yumas case).  So yeah.  Before I back my vote off Ash/Mcmc/Robz I feel like I need someone to set me straight on the actual events of the last few pages.  My lack of participation is hurting me and my reads I feel.
