The irony of course is that Archetype was never targeted for an NK.

Scum didn't try to kill the BP or the traitor...I didn't plan for that.  Axxle did try to kill you, but was roleblocked.

Seriously, what should I have done in that situation? I mean I screwed up royally trying to help town for some reason in the early game. By the end though, I think I helped both sides equally, just not myself. Blargh!

Oh but I have to add, that's the kind of role I love getting in an RM game where you know, it's okay that I probably had a tougher path to victory in exchange for more wacky fun.

I think you could have held out longer before claiming, and/or tried to claim town roleblocker.  Arch with his town lie gambit was another mislynch possibility, but the extra night would have made things difficult.  If you could have pushed a mislynch through of mail-mi that day, I think Jimmmmm would have had to try to recruit you.

Nope! I just find I don't ave much to contribute to Day 1s in RM games.

Just wanted to add that I genuinely believed in my stance on races, and was very surprised when it turned out that all Town players were one of three races. ash, how did you work out the races if you don't mind me asking?

Also, thanks to sudgy for being a great teammate. I thoroughly enjoyed scheming with you.

Honestly, I was just trying to be flavorful and thematic.  Eevee + Arch was clearly Aragorn/Liv Tyler.  Dragons and Orcs was easy (plus dragons are awesome).  I thought elves made sense as day creatures.  Humans made sense as the cops.  I wanted obvious races free for safe claims, too.

A lot of assumptions were made by players all game. 

Many were wrong.  I know Axxle at least didn't like the symmetry, but it was something I planned.  Scum teams matching, two Ents matching, two types of human cops, BP+guard, 2 day masons...it was a closed setup that was sort of solvable, which I liked, and I though town needed for balance.  Robz got the role without a partner, which made sense for the traitor.

Plus, it was awesome watching everyone try to figure stuff out.  I thought at least one person would mention my love for claiming/plans in games and wonder if I would build that in, and I was happy to see the race claim happen.  I thought sudgy's was crazy, but at least Watcher made some sense.  But when Morg used your safe race!  That was insane.

The balance is upset in Middle-earth. The Ents are not happy. They have sent you to help. At least, you think so. You have a hard time remembering anything. How many am I? What is it I used to do? How can I help these small ones? Maybe I will remember.

You are an Entish Faith Healer. Each night, you may target a player. You have a 50% chance of protecting them from night kills. You will not be told if your protection was successful.

Welcome to RMM7: Lord of the Rings Mafia.

You look your age, given all the time you've spent in the militia.  Still, you wouldn't have had it any other way.  You love fighting the forces of evil, and any chance at shining on the battle field.  You knew she had to be watching, somehow.

You only saw her once, in the woods.  She had been singing in the river, washing her hair that sparkled like sunlight.  From that moment, you swore your life to her, even if in secret.  She doesn't know you exist, but you exist only for her.

You are the Human Guard.  Twice at night, you may target a player.  If that player is the Beloved Elven Princess, she will be protected from all night kills.  After your two shots are used, on a third night you may target a player.  If that player is the Beloved Elven Princess, she will be protected from all night kills.  If she was the target of a night kill that night, you will die in her place.
