Played my first goko game. Well, tried to play.

First it took me 3 minutes to find a two player game I could join. Then I found one and it started, I was a bit bummed the board sucked and there was no veto mode but the guy had dark ages so that was cool. The game started 25 minutes ago, there hasnt been a single province bought yet. I dont know how to chat or it doesnt work.

.. Oh, no he resigned. I didnt find it too slow, although the dragging and dropping felt pointless.

Will I get used to it?

I don't keep up with the movies that get released year by year, but there's movies I'm looking forward to that are coming out at some point soon that might be this year.

I knew that, but that isnt the problem. Actually the problem was the match making and the lack of a point counter (well, and veto mode). I guess I have to buy all the expansions and try playing more than 3 games. This time I literally got so frustrated for first waiting for a game for such a long time and then getting to only play base (as the guy I joined only had that or we just got super unlucky or he just wanted to play base I guess).

I don't understand your idea sudgy, but from what I gather it doesn't require me to step back in here which kills the "once you're in, you can't get out" nature of the game. So, eh, posting again without a question for me? I hate not having the point counter because dominion against strangers is never going to be the only thing I'm concentrating on. I'm so so sad that iso is gone. Gosh-dangity iso was awesome in every way other than not having goko, and the game was awesome without it too.

I am already! It's fun being home, although been very busy and will be for the weekend (starting a business).

Do you have skype or something? If I want to get around goko's match making system and actually get to play quality opponents without an unpleasant waiting time, I guess I need to arrange the matches through other channels.

I do have skype, but I usually keep it off (unless talking to someone) because it uses up so much RAM.

I do. I guess you might have gathered I like instant messaging rather lot. It's fun to talk to people! It's always on when I'm on my computer (and I actually have it in my phone too).

Skype or not, want to play some goko with me?* I want games with a skilled opponent so I can give the interface I fare chance!
