If you're asking about the mathematical numbers, I don't know. Pi I know a fair amount of digits to (3.14159265358979... from the top of my head), Tau (I've always heard it being called Phi) I feel is a lot more of an interesting number. But pi sounds like pie.
Axxle: Who do you think I will ask a question to next?
Tau is just 2 * pi. It's a much more intuitive way of conceptualizing it for students and although it's probably not worth switching to it now, it probably would have been better if we had started off with it.
Fun fact: You only need 39 digits of pi to estimate the volume of the observable universe to the accuracy of one *atom*
You'll ask your next question to me. PEdit: Or wero!
Oh, and Hex > Duodecimal.
Well obviously, but it's easier to memorize your multiplication tables in Duodecimal!
@wero: What are/did/will you study in college/university?
PEdit: @sudgy: What classes do you enjoy?
