Well yeah, if it was a Town gambit then I should have held my tongue for a while. But really, it's not like Axxle would have said, "I guess you got me, sucks that I chose the Miller to fake-investigate." Town Axxle would know that Arch was lying, and scum Axxle would know that Town Axxle would know that Arch was lying. It just seems guaranteed to cause a lot of confusion, with very little potential reward.

I'm still really confused. I agree that Axxle's claim is somewhat dubious, and his "Town is easier to type" comment doesn't fill me with confidence. Well, one of Axxle's and raerae's claims seem dubious. A full Cop and a 1-shot Cop who investigate the same seem like a really weird thing to put in the same game. But Arch's "Town lie" is equally dubious, but of course if we want to lynch Arch, we should instead lynch Eevee. So I think today's lynch should either be Axxle or Eevee.

It was pressured though.  I asked him to explain it, Jimmmmmm did, did Arch too?  There was pressure there.

I'm talking about the initial claim. he obviously knew he would probably have to explain it (likely today, for sure at some point later). he decided to come into spotlight voluntarily.

It seems the lynch canidates are either mail-mi or Raerae.

I don't support the mail-mi lynch, so of course I support the Raerae one.

I think we need to do a mass claim. From my standpoint:

Eevee has a null claim, but leaning town
Raerae has a scummy claim
Jorbles and Kooshie have a Towny claim
Axxle has a null claim
mail-mi has a Towny claim
I have a Towny claim

That's more than half of the population claimed. I think we should, and in all honesty I don't trust anyone to decide the claim order but me. Possibly Jorbles or Kooshie since they can chat it over.

I think having 2 Cops who investigate the same thing is unlikely. I also think the way Axxle initially said Arch was Town, and then said he actually meant non-Orc was suspicious, when it seems pretty obvious that we have non-Orc scum in the game. I also find raerae to be generally Townier.

My problem with Arch is that his "Town lie" makes no sense. If he's Town then it was always going to cause more confusion than the good it did. and it just seems like he was trying to "frame" Axxle and has been caught out by it.

Wouldn't be the first town lie that was made with good intentions but didnt just work out. Like, would archetype risk his pretty huge amount of town cred by trying to pull something like that off if je was scum?

Oh absolutely not. I doubt your claim the most of the claimants, but having a cop die would be very bad. I'm very much a moving voter still.

That's rather unhelpful. I haven't suggested lynching you, I've suggested lynching Eevee. Worst case he flips Town and we know that you're Town who just made a silly gambit. I'm open to hearing reasons why it was pro-Town or something that a Townie would do.

Lynching a claimed cop with this little evidence is clearly not perfect. Like, even doing that tomorrow when we then at least have two investigation results we know we can trust if she flips town would be better (or hoping she's get night killed).

Archetype how about using better arguments than "then lynch me". You don't win anything if that happens.
