Start Monday, for sure! Ideally new big games will start late on D2/any time on D3/early on D4 to try to spread out the games. There's not that much of a problem with lots of games at once, but lots of D1 and D2 at once is what is terrible. I definitely don't think this should launch until MXI and MXII are both out of D1.

That could be 2 weeks, no? MXI is basically out of RVS anyway. Don't know about XII, not following it.

RVS isn't the problem. It's the size of the game, and ease of following for those in multiple games. Some people play every game and get killed early in all of them. Some people play every game and live a long time. I think if this game starts too soon we'll continue the cycle of too much mafia, not enough mafia, too much mafia, etc.

I think it will be left to Monday, unless there is an overwhelming change of opinion.

Spectator QT is made, but I won't invite people to it until the game is about to start. These are people on my list of people to invite:

It may get slightly tricky if we need a replacement, but it should be OK. It would be more fun if we get even more people into the Spectator QT.

Also, if I didn't tell you what your wand was (wood, length, core and flexibility) then you are probably a Squib. Sorry! But squibs are cool too. Filch is basically the main character in the books anyway.
