Notable moments:

On Night 1, Archetype killed faust. He would have been saved by the townsperson, silverspawn, if he hasn't been rolestopped by his scum partner, Haddock.

On Night 2, everyone who died that night was already scheduled to die. There could have been 6 deaths that night.

Can we see all the night actions?
Why was Pokeball not destroyed when I used it on WW?

Ways players can be "weakened:"
Arbar, when at 95% or less water.
River Song, when the Blue Journal is destroyed.
Players currently suffering from negative effects of The One Ring (except the modifier from giving it away).
Players holding the Curse Card.
Someone who rolled a 4 or 10 on the Monster Dice.
Players poisoned by Maleficent that are not dead yet.
Players that are under effect of the Dried Plant (Lethe's Bramble)
Eating a Scoop (25% chance)

So, I jailkept him, but he died of dehydration? Wow.

Not on night 1. On night 1 he was just below 95% water.

ITEMS:

WHEN POSTED IN THE PLAYER'S QT:

The One Ring: You may put on The One Ring at any time. If you do:

...during the day, you become unlynchable. If you are hammered, the day ends without your death. You will automatically remove it at the beginning of the night. If you wear The One Ring during the day, you will lose any and all non-Compulsive role powers for the following two nights.

...during the night, you become invisible, and thus unkillable for the duration of the night. You will automatically remove it at the beginning of the next day. If you wear The One Ring during the night, you will receive a permanent +2 Hated modifier.

If you ever choose to give The One Ring away, you will receive a permanent +1 Hated modifier

Metal Dust: A tiny velvet pouch, filled with a small amount of metal dust. You can't tell what metal it is, but you can tell that it's pretty useless.

If given to the Survivor's Thug: Metal Dust You open the small velvet pouch and peer inside...perfect! It's a pouch of pewter dust! During a night phase, you may choose to swallow (destroy) the Metal Dust. If you do, you cannot be killed that night.

Bottle of Water: It's just a simple plastic bottle of water. You'd drink it, but you're not thirsty.

If given to Arbar: Bottle of Water It's a container of pure liquid gold! You smack your lips as your parched throat awaits the precious water. You may forgo your Doctor action during a day or night phase to drink (destroy) the Bottle of Water. If you do, you will gain 8% water.

Blue Journal: A very old journal with a blue cover, filled with indecipherable writing. You can try to read it, but you might just hurt the fragile thing in your frustration. During a phase in which you have an action, you may choose to forgo all actions in that phase to destroy this Item.

If given to Jacob: Blue Journal: A very old journal with a blue cover, filled with indecipherable writing. You can't seem to figure it out.

Curse Card: Looks like Lord Bottington hit $3P first. Whoever holds this Item cannot perform any non-Compulsive actions other than giving away Items. This Item may be given away during any Night Phase, including Night 0.

Pokèball: A small red-and-white ball capable of capturing and holding Pokèmon. I wonder if it can hold people too... During any night phase, you may forgo any Night Actions you have to throw the Pokèball at a player. If that player is weakened, they will be Jailkept; otherwise, the Pokèball will be destroyed.

Badge: A shiny detective's badge. As a Night Action, you may target a player with this item. You be informed which game that player's role came from.

If you have both the Badge and the Magnifying Glass, you may choose to destroy them both as a Night Action. If you do, you may target 1 player to Watch, and 1 player to Roleblock (you may use both on the same player).

Magnifying Glass: A large magnifying glass. As a Night Action, you may target a player with this item. You will be informed of one of the Items they have in their possession, if they have any.

If you have both the Badge and the Magnifying Glass, you may choose to destroy them both as a Night Action. If you do, you may target 1 player to Watch, and 1 player to Roleblock (you may use both on the same player).

Monster Dice: A pair of 6 sided dice, except instead of pips, there are a number of monster faces on each side. You can't help yourself reaching down to touch the dice. You mumble to yourself, "Just one roll won't hurt, right?" As a Night Action, you may choose to test your luck and roll the dice.

Bag of Coin Tokens: Yes! Hiring all those Bakers finally paid off! You may open the Bag of Coin Tokens as a Night Action. If you do, and it is the first time you've opened the Bag of Coin Tokens, you may purchase 1 of the following cards:

Herbalist: On one Night during the game, you may target a player (NOT including yourself). That player will be healed of 1 Poisoning. Cost: 2 Coin Tokens.
Moat: On one Night during the game, you may target a player (NOT including yourself). That player, if they have been primed for ignition, will be un-primed. Cost: 2 Coin Tokens.
Governor: On one Day during the game, you may target a player in your personal QT (NOT including yourself). That player will be Lynchproof for the rest of the day. Cost: 4 Coin Tokens.

All Night Action cards may be used the night you buy them. If you choose to not take ANY OTHER non-Compulsive actions the night you purchase the card (including factional actions, Item actions, giving away Items, or the power of the card you purchased), you may target yourself when you use the card.

There are currently 8 Coin Tokens in the Bag.

If given to Town or Survivor: Green Spotted Egg An abnormally large egg covered in green spots. As you hold it up to the light, it looks like there's some kind of green dinosaur inside. As a Night Action, you may target a player with this item. If that player is the target of a night kill, the Green Spotted Egg will be destroyed and that player will be Doctored. Otherwise, that player will gain the Green Spotted Egg (and you will lose it).

If given to Scum/SK: Green Spotted Egg An abnormally large egg covered in green spots. As you hold it up to the light, it looks like there's some kind of green dinosaur inside. If you perform a kill at night, you may choose to destroy the Green Spotted Egg. If you do, that kill will be Strongman and break through 1 layer of protection.

Paper and Pencil: It looks like someone used this as a score card, then erased it. I wonder what game they were playing... When you choose to give this item to a player, you may post a message in bold along with the "give" command. This message may be up to 200 characters in length (I'll be flexible). That message will be sent to the targeted player along with the Paper and Pencil. Note: If this isn't the first time the Paper and Pencil has been written on, some parts of your message may be unreadable!

Dried Plant: A dried plant. You don't know what it does. During any phase, you may target a player with this item.

Strange Device: A machine that looks very similar to the ones in mail-mi's observation room. Looks like it's a discarded prototype of some sort. It keeps randomly vaporizing and reappearing elsewhere in the room. With a little tinkering, you might just be able to do something good with it. As a Night Action, you may target a dead player with this item. You will gain 1 item that that player had in their possession before they died. At the end of each Night (not including Night 0), this item will be given to a random other player (even if you didn't use it or chose to give it away)

ITEMS WITH ADDITIONAL MOD NOTES:

Blue Journal: "A very old journal with a blue cover, filled with indecipherable writing. You can try to read it, but you might just hurt the fragile thing in your frustration. During a phase in which you have an action, you may choose to forgo all actions in that phase to destroy this Item." This is River Song's enabler. Mod secret: whoever destroys this item gains the ability to Time Travel. (Factional powers and Items may not be time-traveled.)

Monster Dice: "A pair of 6 sided dice, except instead of pips, there are a number of monster faces on each side. You can't help yourself reaching down to touch the dice. You mumble to yourself, "Just one roll won't hurt, right? As a Night Action, you may choose to test your luck and roll the dice."

I'll send a PM to myself and Ash with a 2d6 dice roll. Here are what will happen with the results:
2 or 12: A giant monster spawns and eats the person who rolled the dice. This is noted in the kill flavor, with bold text. All items they had are destroyed, and cannot be picked up with the Strange Device.
3 or 11: Send to the player at the beginning of day: "A giant monster has spawned from the dice, and it seems to await your command. Better tell it what to do quickly, though. Seems like mail-mi doesn't want a monster ruining his perfect Mafia game! You have 48 hours to post in-thread "Monster kill: playername" in bold. If you do not do so within 48 hours, mail-mi will vaporize the monster.
And a bold thing will be posted in opening day flavor, saying that a monster has appeared and seems to listen to the roller.
4 or 10: Posted in the player's QT: "You shake the Monster Dice and throw them on the ground. Nothing seems to happen. "Weird..." you think as you lean in closer to get a good look. "I guess nothing happens if you roll a--"

The dice explode.

The Monster Dice have been destroyed. You are now weakened.
5 or 9: Posted in bold flavor in opening day post that something absolutely adorable has appeared on the roller's shoulder. Secret info: the roller is has a +1 Loved modifier for the day.
6, 7, or 8: Nothing happens. The player is not told this.

Bag of Coin Tokens: "Yes!

(Note to mods: this works on both the night the target is poisoned and the night they are scheduled to die).
Moat: On one Night during the game, you may target a player (NOT including yourself). That player, if they have been primed for ignition, will be un-primed. Cost: 2 Coin Tokens.  (Note to mods: this works on the night the Arsonist decides to ignite.)
Governor: On one Day during the game, you may target a player in your personal QT (NOT including yourself). That player will be Lynchproof for the rest of the day. Cost: 4 Coin Tokens.

All Night Action cards may be used the night you buy them. If you choose to not take ANY actions the night you purchase the card (including factional actions, Item actions, giving away Items, or the power of the card you purchased), you may target yourself when you use the card.

There are currently 8 Coin Tokens in the Bag.
" Mod note: the Bag of Coin Tokens has to start with a town player.

Paper and Pencil: "It looks like someone used this as a score card, then erased it. I wonder what game they were playing... When you choose to give this item to a player, you may post a message in bold along with the "give" command. This message may be up to 200 characters in length (I'll be flexible). That message will be sent to the targeted player along with the Paper and Pencil. Note: If this isn't the first time the Paper and Pencil has been written on, some parts of your message may be unreadable!" Mod note: If it's the second time it has been sent, 2 random words will be redacted, then 5 on the third time, then 10, then 20, then 50, then 100. (If the number is ever greater than half of the words in the message, just redact half.)

Dried Plant: "A dried plant. You don't know what it does. During any phase, you may target a player with this item." Mod notes: This has been changed from the original Lethe's Bramble in Buffy/Angel mafia. That one randomly redirected all actions a player took. This one will randomly redirect 1 random action the player took, and roleblock the rest. Changed out of necessity because it was supposed to be secret to most players. It has a 50% chance of being destroyed upon use, if the player targeted had any actions. If they didn't, it will not be destroyed.

Silver, why in the seven hells did you do "vote: LaLight" tonight??? It was insane.

Not entirely sure, a mixture of being tired and having low confidence in my own reads

EFHW can't kill me in any case (Curse Card)
Also YOU USE A POKEBALL INSTEAD OF YOUR POWER
Silver can't use them both. Keep that in mind.

That was supposed to be a secret!

TOWN QT POSTS:

iguanaiguana: Survivor's Thug, from RMM26:

Welcome to Rewind Mafia, iguanaiguana. You are the Survivor's Thug, from RMM26.

Bar brawls are fun, especially when you don't feel the pain. Never was really fair though, and you can only survive on ale and potatoes for so long. Might as well try to change the world...or die trying.

At night, you may burn pewter. If you do, you cannot be killed at night, once. You only have enough pewter to burn once; however, there may be a way for you to get more...

You win when all threats to the Town are defeated, and there is at least 1 town-aligned player alive.

Witherweaver: Arbar, Doctor of Parmentier, from RMM22:

Arbar, Doctor of Parmentier, from Dune Mafia 2.

A long way from home, a long time apart. You've grown used to living in the deep desert of Dune, used to hiding your painful memories of a planet decimated. You are dedicated to the people around you. You honor your family by using your knowledge of medicine here.

You win when all threats to the Town are defeated, and there is at least 1 town-aligned player alive.

Role Powers:

Innoculate. During the day, you may protect some players from death. If you record your command here, in your QT, your targets will be protected from death other than lynching. If you record your command publicly, in the game thread, your targets will be protected from all forms of death. Each day, you may protect half-1 players, rounded down (i.e., if 11 players are alive, you may protect 11/2 - 1 = 4.5. Rounded down, you may target 4 players). You may never protect yourself.

There is a water cost to innoculating. The first time a player is protected by the innoculate power, you lose 1% water. The second time a player is protected, you lose 3%. The third and each subsequent time, you lose 6%.

Medicate. At night, you may forgo sleep to protect one player from death. If your target would die in the night, you will heal them. You lose 2% water whether you healed them or not.

This room...this place, it doesn't look like the desert anymore, but it seems like your body hasn't realized that yet. You start with a full body of water and a stillsuit. All math round up to the advantage of the players. The rate at which you consume water is set, listed below.

Rate of water loss (normal) = 1% per day (24 IRL hours), additional 1% per 5% of stillsuit damage
Rate of water loss (fatigued) = 2% per day (24 IRL hours), additional 1% per 5% of stillsuit damage
Rate of water loss (affected) = 3% per day (24 IRL hours), additional 1% per 5% of stillsuit damage

]95% body water = no ill effects
91 to 95% body water = fatigued
84 to 90% body water = affected
-84% body water = at death's door

If you are at death's door for two consecutive IRL days, you will die, triggering day's end.

Some in-game effects and actions can directly affect your water consumption. If you do not post for a 24-hour period, your rate of water loss will increase each day until you post.

Roadrunner: Patch Developer, from RMM30:

Welcome to Rewind Mafia, Roadrunner7671!

You are a Patch Developer, the Town Neighbor Even-Night Jailkeeper, from RMM30!

You do your best to make Making Fun's version of online Dominion playable to a wider audience, and spend your free time programming patches that Making Fun fails to implement. Hopefully one day your work will no longer be necessary.

You are Town-aligned. You win when all threats to the Town are defeated, and there is at least 1 Town-aligned player alive.

During all nights, including Night 0, you may talk to faust in a shared QT: https://www.quicktopic.com/52/H/fNe8d3uRUGd

In even-numbered Nights, you may target another player. If you do, during that night, the player you targetted will be protected from a single nightkill, and all actions performed by that player will fail.

J Reggie: Sebastian, from RMM6:

Welcome J Reggie, you are Sebastian, 1-Shot Deathproof Lover Watcher, from RMM6.

You used to be madly in love with Proteus, but now in this strange place, another man has caught your eye. Each night, you stare over him, watching him protectively, hoping that somehow, someway, he loves you back.

Each night, you may choose to find out who targets your lover, Arbar. If only you knew who Arbar was!

You are 1-shot Deathproof.  The first time you would die, you will passively survive.  Depending on who kills you, you may learn your lover's identity.

Primary Win Condition: You win when all threats to town are defeated, and there is at least 1 town-aligned player alive.

LaLight: River Song, from RMM12

Welcome to Rewind Mafia, Lalight. You are River Song, (http://tardis.wikia.com/wiki/River_Song) an enabled Time-Travelling odd-night Roleblocker, even-night Vigilante, from RMM12. You are a Time Traveler: each night, you may pick a night to travel to other than the current one. You may not cross your own time-stream (travel to the same night twice). Should you ever be forced to do so, you will be a pure Vanilla Townie for the duration of your “second” visit. You are an odd-night Roleblocker. On odd-numbered nights, you may PM me the name of one other player. Any actions performed by that player will fail. You are an even-night Vigilante. On even-numbered nights, you may PM me the name of another player. That player will be killed.

For example, if it is an odd-numbered night and you travel to an even-numbered night, your action would be even-night Vigilante.

Your Time-travelling is enabled by an Item. If that Item is ever destroyed, you will lose the ability to time travel. (Once the Item is destroyed, if you had previously time traveled to the future, during the nights that you time traveled to, you will not be able to take an action.)

Alignment: Town
Flavor Name:
River Song
Active Ability: enabled Time Travel, odd-night Roleblocker, even-night Vigilante

Win Condition: You win when all threats to the town are defeated, and there is at least 1 town-aligned player alive.

Please confirm you understand your role and are ready to play by replying to this post.

Calamitas: Professor Oak, from RMM17:

Welcome Calamitas, to Rewind Mafia.

You are Professor Oak, a Pokemon Teacher, from RMM17. You've come along so you can see some of the most powerful Pokemon in the world, but somehow you ended up here. You have the skill of bringing out the potential of Pokemon you examine, and now you have to hope that it will work on people too.

Once every night, you may examine one player. Nothing will be able to interfere with all actions that player takes for the rest of the night and day.

You are town-aligned. You win when all threats to the town are defeated, and there is at least 1 town-aligned player alive.

gkreig13: Howard Carter, from MMMMMMMMII:

Welcome to Rewind Mafia, gkreig13. You are Howard Carter, a Flavor Cop, from MMMMMMMMMII.

Each night, you may target an alive player. You will learn which game they came from, and, if they are weakened, you'll learn their flavor name as well (if they have one).

You are town-aligned. You win when all threats to the town are defeated, and there is at least 1 town-aligned player alive.

silverspawn: Elmindreda (Min) Farshaw, from RMM13:

Welcome to RMM35, silverspawn. You are Elmindreda (Min) Farshaw, a Viewer from RMM13.

When Moiraine Sedai showed up in Barleon to make you "meet up" with the three boys, you knew that wouldn't be the end of it. You saw it, in those viewings you sometimes have of people, that you would fall in love with the tall, handsome one.

I suppose an explanation is needed: You occasionally see these images around people, images representing what will happen to them. You don't always know what the images represent, but when you know, you know. And, with all these people around, you'll be seeing plenty of visions. And hopefully, maybe, they'll help you, get out of this Light-cursed room alive.

You are a Voyuer, with a bonus!

-Each night, you may send me the name of one player. I will tell you what actions targeted that player, if any.
-There are some players that may have been tainted by Mordeth or saidin. If your target has the "Tainted" modifier, you will be told so.
-There are also several people who can become weakened. If your target has been weakened in any way, you will be told so.

You win when all threats to the town are defeated and there is at least 1 town-aligned player alive.

Please confirm by replying to this.

EFHW: Beloved Elven Princess, from RMM7:

Welcome to RMM35: Rewind Mafia.

You are older than the ages, but do not feel it.  Your breath is like summer wind, and your skin is the marble of the heavens.  There is love in your wake, and happiness before you.

But the times have turned dark here.  Your people rely on you too much, mayhap, and your radiance sustains them overly so.  You must not leave.  You must not fall.  Everyone is depending on you... even though you don't know anyone here.

You are the Beloved Elven Princess, from RMM7.  If you die, the sun will not rise for an extra night.

You win when all threats to to the town are defeated and there is at least 1 town-aligned player alive.

SCUM QT POSTS:

Seprix: Mailman (with Return Postage), from RMM23:

You are a Scum-aligned Mailman (with Return Postage), from RMM23. Each night, you may target one player. Tell me a message 500 characters or less. This message will be sent to the targeted player (they will not know you sent it). At anytime during the following day, they may respond to your message with whatever of the 500 characters went unused. I will send their message back to you as soon as they reply and I am online.

You win when the majority of the players alive are Scum-aligned or nothing can stop that from happening.

The link to your mafia QT is here: https://www.quicktopic.com/52/H/5L2jB5KH5vqx6

faust: Maleficent, from RMM11:

Flavor Name: Maleficent
Alignment: Scum. You win when the majority of the players alive are Scum-aligned or nothing can prevent that from happening
Role Name: 2-shot Watcher
Game of Origin: RMM11

Crystal balls ain’t cheap. And with the economy how it is, pillaging towns and selling souls just isn’t enough anymore. Magicians have put a high price tag on mystical items and aren’t budging no matter how many family members you torture. But now that you’ve perfected your sleeping spell, you should be able to rob the Town with ease. Swipe their money, wake up the vendor, and BAM! You’ve got yourself a brand new crystal ball.

As a purely diabolical player, you share a QT with your fellow Scum here: https://www.quicktopic.com/52/H/5L2jB5KH5vqx6. You can talk there as much as you want during the night, but not after you've been killed. Each night, if you complete the factional kill, you will act as a Poisoner. If you do, your target will prick their finger on a spinning wheel. They will not be told this happened to them. They will be weakened during the following day and night, and then die at the end of the next night.

Additionally, each night (as long as you have enough shots left) you may target one player and gaze into your crystal ball. You will be told the name(s) of the player(s) that targeted your target that night.

Additionally, you are a member of the Ice Cream Neighborhood: https://www.quicktopic.com/52/H/fNe8d3uRUGd. You may post there as much as you want during the night, but not after you’ve been killed. The alignment of your fellow quicktopic member is unknown to you.

Haddock: Rolestopping Orcish Priest, from RMM10:

The filth digusts you.  You often wonder what sort of God would make you one of them, even if he's blessed you with his power and knowledge.  But then, no one chooses their destiny.

That's why everyone else is dead, you presume.  The Dragon Wars were brutal, only your wits and your magicks kept you alive.  And now, you just survive.

On the hunt again, you hear the panting of human breath.  You raise your staff in anticipation, and freeze him dead in his tracks.  A swift slice of your knife and he is dead.

But what's this?  A scroll drops from his hand, sealed with wax and magic.  You break both with little effort, read the message meant for another.  Hobbits?  Oh yes.  Yes, this will do nicely for some excitement...and revenge.

Welcome to RMM35, Haddock.  You are the Scum-aligned Rolestopping Orcish Priest, from RMM10.

At night, you may target a player, other than your faction’s kill target.  Any actions that target that player will fail, except for kills.  You may target yourself.

During the day, you may never cast a hammer vote. If you do attempt to cast a hammer vote, your vote will not count and you will be Hated for the rest of that day and the next.

You may not perform your factional kill, unless you are the only Scum left alive.

You may talk to the other Scum here: https://www.quicktopic.com/52/H/5L2jB5KH5vqx6

You win when the majority of the players alive are Scum-aligned or nothing can stop that from happening.

SK QT POST:

Archetype: Raven, from RMM5:

You remember clearly the day your sanity snapped. It was late autumn, and you were just 11 years old. Your parents had died when you were a baby, and you had been brought up by your Aunt.

Your drunk, abusing, God-forsaken Aunt.

The day had been particularly nice, and you had stopped at the park with your friends before coming home from school. When you stepped through your front door, there was a sickening crack as a wooden paddle slammed across your face. You instantly dropped to the floor, spilling your books everywhere. As your head stopped spinning and the world regained focus, the smell of liquor suddenly overwhelmed you. Knowing your Aunt was watching, you slowly got up to your knees and started to collect your books. You knew not to cry, or show any emotion at all - it would only make her wrath worse.

As you reached out grab your last book, your Aunt stepped forward, placing her entire weight on the back of your wrist. Like a twig, it snapped. And so did everything else. You no longer felt the pain in your face. You not longer felt the shattered bones in your wrist. You no longer felt anger and resentment towards your Aunt. You no longer felt anything at all.

The next day the Police found your Aunt dead in her bed. You were locked away and sent to Reform School, but nothing was going to change the world for you now. It was a cruel, dark place, where compassion and love didn't exist. No life was worth saving, and everybody was going to be damned to Hell.

Might as well help them get there.

-----

You are Raven, Professional Hitman: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/This_Gun_for_Hire

You belong to nobody, and you'll take funding from anyone. All you want to do is kill. Kill. KILL. Each night, you may choose to steal one of the following, as long as you have the resources to make sure the operation is a success:

1) Monogrammed Playing Cards: Ellen can't drop her cards as a trace to find you if she doesn't have them. On any night that you choose to steal this item, you will be investigation immune. You must choose during Night 0 which role from RMM5 you would like to appear as when you choose this option.

2) Chemical Formula: With the Chemical Formula in your possession, nobody will dare to shoot you for fear of losing information on it's whereabouts. On any night that you choose to steal this item, you will be 1-shot bullet proof.

In addition, you may kill one person each night.

You currently have enough funding to last you two nights.

You win if you're the only player left alive, or nothing can prevent this from happening.

SURVIVOR QT POSTS:

POST 1:

"The cork is this island, and it's the only thing keeping the darkness where it belongs."

Welcome to the Island, sudgy!

You are Jacob, the Man-in-Black-immune Survivor/Dreaming God, from RMM19!

You are here to protect this Island, and the light in its heart, as you have been for a long time. But there is a force working against you, a darkness that you yourself created in a moment of weakness. The fights between the people you bring here are merely a game, but the threat from the black smoke is serious. You will use all your powers to ensure that the darkness will not spread to the rest of the world.

You are a Survivor. You win if you are still alive at the end of the game.

These are your powers:

Protector of the Island: You are a Dreaming God. Each Day, you must choose one of the powers listed in your QT that you have not chosen before. Each power affects the game in some way. You are not aware of what the powers do until after you chose them. Some of the powers may require you to make some additional choices. You may change your mind up until day's end. If you do not choose by the end of day, your choice will be randomized (you will be told which choice you made in this case).

The rules: The thing that once was your brother cannot hurt you. All actions taken by Man-In-Black aligned players have no effect on you.

Please confirm in your personal QT.

POST 2:

Dreaming God Powers:

1. Leave the Island
2. The Candidate
3. Uncork the Island
4. Temple Springs
5. Cabin Fever
6. Supply Drop
7. Spread the Ashes
8. Move the Island
9. Voices of the Dead
10. To the Lighthouse

DO NOT POST THIS PART:

Dreaming God Powers:

1. Leave the Island

Information for Jacob: "The Island isn't here anymore. Maybe it'll help if you send someone back to the island instead... Choose one player. That player will be forced to Commute tonight, and then they will be treestumped the next day. Any actions they took will be invalid. They will be informed of this at the end of night.

2. The Candidate
Information for Jacob: "Tonight, you must target one player. They will be told your exact role, and you theirs." At the end of night: "Your target is: [target role name and game] You look into their mind and see...WHAT VILLAINOUS AND HORRID THINGS RESIDE HERE? Your win condition has changed! You must be alive at the end of the game, and the player you chose must be dead, in order for you to win the game.
QT post for the target at the end of night: "Someone came up to you in the dark, whispering: "I am Jacob, the Man-in-Black-immune Survivor/Dreaming God, from RMM19 Open your mind to me. Let me see who you really are..." Then, his face turned absolutely disgusted, and fled. You think nothing of it."
Mod clarification: This targeting counts as "recruiting" in the night action resolution.

3. Uncork the Island
Information for Jacob: "The Island has been uncorked! That would probably matter more if there was actually an island here."
Effect: In the opening day flavor, in bold: "The ground is strangely covered in sand. Where did it all come from?"

4. Temple Springs
Information for Jacob: By your orders, [lynched player's name] will be brought to the Temple. This is an extreme measure, but you hope to be able to restore him the way he was.
QT Post for the Lynchee at the beginning of Night: As the bullet pierces your chest, you feel the life leaving your body. Is this the end...?
QT Post for the Lynchee at the end of Night: Walker PM.
Public information at Day start: [Player name] has been brought back to life!
Mod clarification: This player will return as a Walker.

5. Cabin Fever
Information for Jacob at the beginning of night: "Everyone is getting a bit jittery from being in this room for so long. It's so hard to keep track of anything when all you can think about is 'I HAVE TO GET OUT OF THIS ROOM!!!!!'"
QT Post to everyone that has any Items (including Jacob): "As the lights turn off, you can't stop the shaking in your hands. I hate this room, you think. I hate mail-mi, I hate ashersky, I hate this room. I need to get out. Get out. GET OUT! In your anger, you realize that you haven't really been keeping track of your items. You look around. "Hey, where'd all my stuff go?!"
You have lost all your Items!
QT post 2 to everyone that has Items (including Jacob): Luckily, you were able to find some items. They may not be yours, but at least they're something. You now have this/these Item(s): then list the items they have.
Mod notes: Randomize everyone's Items. Each player will receive the same number of Items they started with.

6. Supply Drop
Information for Jacob: Somehow, the supplies from that Dharma supply chain have gotten in here. You decide to open them up for everyone's access."
Everyone with x-shot powers gets an extra shot. They are informed of this. (This means: Jacob, Maleficent, Survivor's Thug, Raven, and Sebastian. Arbar gets 5% extra water.)

7. Spread the Ashes
Public information: "As you string up [playername], his body suddenly bursts into flames!" The lynched player's alignment, role, and game will not be revealed.

8. Move the Island
Information for Jacob: "You focus your powers, trying with your might to move the room, but all you can do is shake it. Because of the quaking, all players' actions will be randomly redirected tonight.
QT post to all other players: "As the lights turn off, the room begins to shake! You don't know what's causing it, but you can barely keep your footing.

9. Voices of the Dead
Information for Jacob: "All dead players may send a 300 character message to a player of their choice. The Mods reserve the right to redact these messages in whichever way they see fit. To prevent confusion, the actions cannot be Redirected, Investigated, or Blocked."
PM (NOT QT POST) for the dead: Whispers, whispers on the loudspeaker... maybe the living can hear you? It's worth a try.
You may send in a message containing 300 character or less the the mods (We'll be flexible). This message will be delivered to a living player of your choice. The mods reserve the right to redact the message in whichever way they see fit. You will be informed about any redactions.

10. To the Lighthouse
Information for Jacob: "There is no lighthouse here. But mail-mi's observation room is a pretty close match... Tonight, before 24 hours of night have passed, you must target a player to transport to mail-mi's observation room. (If you do not make a choice, your choice will be randomized.) They will remain up there for the remainder of the night."
Information for the player (at the 24 hour mark): "The room around you changes, suddenly, and you find yourself in mail-mi's observation room! You have to take advantage of this opportunity! You run over to the table that mail-mi always sits at, and turn on the microphone. For tonight only, you may not use any of your normal actions, and each action taken against you will be roleblocked (i.e., you are Commuting). You may also no longer post in any QTs you share with any other players. Instead, you may submit an up-to-300 character long message in your personal QT (I'll be flexible). I will post it in-thread as part of tomorrow's opening post.
Posted in any QT's other than personal that the player is in (at the 24 hour mark): "[playername] may not post in this QT for the remainder of the night.

OTHER MOD INFO:

Start post of the Scum QT, from RMM31:

Welcome!

This is the QT for the Scum team of Seprix, faust, and Haddock!

In addition to your personal powers, you have a pool of factional powers to choose from. Those factional powers must still be performed by individual players, and they must be distributed equally. This means that none of you may use two more than another player, e.g. if you want to use 5 powers in a certain night and 3 of you are alive, then two of you must use two each, and the third must use one. There is, however, no maximum on how many powers can be used in one night.

The powers you have are either shots, or recharging. If they are shots, it means that you can use them a certain amount of times during the entire game - several in the same night, if you want to. Recharging means that you may use them once each night. Recharging powers do not accumulate if you choose not to use them.

You currently have 1 recharging Factional Kill, and 10 Commute-Shots.

-----------------------

Purchasing Phase:

During Night 0, you may make any number of the below purchases (you may not purchase the same thing twice). Your budget for this are your 5 Commute-Shots. The Purchasing phase ends at the start of day 1 and can not be changed for the rest of the game. Each Commute-shot that is not used to purchase anything can be used to allow one member to Commute at night. All purchases can be reversed or changed up until the end of Night 0, whatever you picked when Day 1 starts is what counts.

If you are unsure what any of these powers do, you may ask.

Available Purchases:

One Gladiator-Shot (cost: 1)
Two Follower-Shots (cost: 1)
Recharging Voyeur (cost: 1)
Two Tracker-Shots (cost: 1)
One Strongman-Shot (cost: 1)
Enabled Godfather (cost: 1)*
Two Roleblocking-Shots (cost: 2)
Two Roleblocking-Shots (cost: 2)
Three Framer-Shots (cost: 3)

*This power is an exception, as it will not be factional. If you purchase this, you must select one player. If, at the end of any day, that player has been the first on the lynch-wagon, he will be a Godfather for the rest of the game.

You do not have daychat. This QT closes during the day.

Good luck!

If anyone was resurrected, they became a Walker, from RMM32.

Walker QT post, if anyone is resurrected:

You have been resurrected. You are now a Walker.

You now win when only Walkers are able to post during the day.[/b]

Your status during the
Day Is now different from living players:

--You will never count as a living player. Your name will be listed in vote counts, but the number listed for that line will not include you.

Example: Not Voting (5): Roger, Lori, Trevor, Ursula, Victor, Wanda

--You are unable to vote. If you use the voting syntax in the game thread, your name will move to that player, but the number of votes will not change.

--You are a valid lynch target, but you will not die. Your flip will say you are
[flavor name], from RMM?? in black and nothing else. You will still be able to take action at night if you have any and post the following days, with the restriction above.

Maleficent/Patch Developer QT first post (Ice Cream Neighborhood, from RMM3):

This is the (Vegan) Ice Cream Neighborhood. Your neighbors are faust and Roadrunner7671. Your alignments are not confirmed to one another (it is possible that both of you are town, or only one of you, or maybe even neither of you).

You may post here during the night. As a collective, you have 7 Scoops of ice cream. You may eat a Scoop as a Night Action by posting "Eat Scoop" in your personal QT. Take care!

Hm. I guess I'll just post the juicy stuff here so you don't have to dig through the mod QT.

mail-mi, thank you! I don't want to offend other mods, but so far your games are the the most interesting for me :)

That means a lot to me! Thanks LaLight!  :)

you should try one of faust's games.

Won't talk about on-going :P

Nice job Town. As you'll see from my personal QT, I really didn't want to keep killing scum...it just sort of happened. I realized I had no chance of winning about halfway through the day and probably should have hammered Calamitas, but figured it was game over anyway.

Also, really fun game mail-mi. My role was totally underpowered and there were some odd modding decisions making Seprix the mail man, but the abundance of items and crazy roles made for a fun and confusing puzzle. Also made for some nice nostalgia. I also agree with LaLight that your games are always enjoyable -- they always end up so close for some reason.

For your role, I didn't want to change anything, but if I did it again I think I'd give you four nights of funding instead of 2.

For seprix...yeah. That was a mistake. For the first few roles I just rolled random.org, and that's what Seprix's game came up with. I really should have thought that through more and changed it.

This game totally died at the end. There were definitely some balance issues with the game (scum really needed a buff) and there were a lot of minor and major interactions I didn't notice.

However, I think a lot of this could have been fixed with a more active and helpful comod. It's always good to have two sets of eyes looking at things. Please don't take offense to this ash, but (if I keep playing when I get back from my 2-year mission) I won't be inviting you to comod any RMMs I create in the future. You just didn't really help at all when this setup really needed it, and I didn't notice that fact.

Pretty rich of you to blame a game dying off at the end on the lack of an active co-mod.  Wasn't like I was going to post on behalf of the players.

I take no offense to your disinvitation as long as you take no offense to this: it was hard to care more about this game as "designed."  You showed me very early on you had clear visions for this setup - which is absolutely fine as it is your game - but you did not really want any true criticism.  I tried to warn you, but your reaction turned me off.  That's why I hid the QTs and let you do your thing.

I don't ask for co-mods on games I design (with the exception of Yuma, who happens to be on the same design wavelength).  Then I own all the mistakes and missteps I make in designing and modding - from your role in Dune making everyone mad to just plain missing orders - and never blame the co-mod.  I suggest you do the same.

I don't think activity has as much to do with setup as you probably think. And this one actually deserved way more thought than I at least was giving it.

Seprix, why on earth didn't you use the ring?
I don't want to say that it singlehandedly lost us the game, but it might have.  If one of us had survived one more night overall, we had tons of powers left to at least get to lylo.  I pretty much knew Arch was an SK, so we could have RBd him, and Strongmanned EFHW eventually.  Grr.

Thoughts:  I perhaps should have claimed from a different game.  But I'd been setting up that fakeclaim from the beginning, and anyway it just didn't occur to me.
It still seems like a flaw in the setup, though, because if I hadn't been one of the last to claim I would have been forced to claim from my game, and at that point it's not possible for me to avoid a lynch.
Which is a shame, I thought I played well.  Anyhow.

6 deaths O.o
What the heck.

Iguana was poisoned from N1
Witherweaver was destined to die of dehydration
J Reggie was going to die because he was WW's lover.

Also, on Night 2, gkreig would have saved iguana from poison if sudgy hadn't forced Iguana to commute and say the message at the start of day.
I assume my killing WW was what you thought was a "massive misplay" from me?  I just wanna say.  While I didn't put enough thought into that kill, in retrospect it still wasn't a misplay.
As far as I knew, (and the way WW and RR were talking this was pretty clear) RR was going to save WW that night by giving water.  Not knowing the exact water mechanic I couldn't know that WW was already dead.  So killing WW was fine and incriminated RR.

The best reason to lynch Haddock is the meltdown we get to witness on the wagon runup. I mean, we should totally wagon him every day just for the lulz.

Yes man!!!
Though I seriously didn't expect that. Haddock, you are officially weird now :P

But the refusal to self hammer was just scummy, would have gone for him all out tomorrow.
I don't get it.  Why am I weird?

It was nearly impossible for me to win the game.
I was on the Seprix wagon because WE HAD PLANNED FOR HIM TO USE THE FREAKING ONE RING TO MAKE HIM UNLYNCHABLE.  FUCK.
I could have fakeclaimed from the wrong game.  But it didn't occur to me.  2 reasons:
1) I'd spent the entire game setting up my fakeclaim from my game to make it believable.
2) Arch still hadn't gameclaimed so it was still a risk.
It just didn't occur to me that being a Priest meant I was confirmable as scum once I'd gameclaimed.  Dumb, I guess.  But one tends to assume when playing these games that the setup doesn't allow for mod-confirmed scum roles.

I don't know what you're saying about the refusal to selfhammer.  I COULDN'T selfhammer...
