Any thoughts on anything, like game-origin claiming?

I think like normal, I am against such early claims. I'll start considering mass claims D2, but again, those aren't usually a good idea.

What are the odds for multiple town/scum/3rd party teams in this game, considering the size of 14 players?

The reason Mail-Mi is a monster is because he won't change the thread from N0 to N1.

Or to D1

Yes, that would make more sense.  :-[

Thinking about who to kill tonight, obvious slip.  Scumzorz.

Scumslip~

I was only semi-serious in this post. You're twisting my words to make me appear scummy.

Which would be scummy if it weren't being done to scum.

So Faust is going through and repeating his opening lines from previous RMM games, which seems appropriate. I wonder if he'll continue or stop now that I've noticed this.

I love the flavor! This is going to be a fun game. I'm going to try to be towny as town for once.

vote: WW

Interesting how well they applied.

Well, it wasn't strictly opening lines. Just some quotes I drew from early D1s. That was pretty nostalgic. I suppose the whole game is going to be.

Sorry I ruined it for you, but no one else seemed to notice. Does this mean that people should vote for you? As I recall there was no reason for people not to vote for you in Walking Dead.

Game-claiming seems bad methinks. We give up information (that is pretty useless for now), and scum isn't even required to restrict their fakeclaim pool.

Though thinking a bit... there was this one RMM that only had a SK and lots of townies. If someone is from that game (Guilds Mafia I think), claiming is probably a good idea.

Well, they are restricted somewhat; if it comes down to full claim and they need to come up with a fake claim, they have to choose one from that game that fits anything that may have happened.  It isn't necessarily trivial.

But they cannot safely claim a role from another game anyway.

So, were you serious about saying nobody should vote for you?  (Other than the obvious "You shouldn't vote for me because I'm town")

PPE: Haha, you just said that.  If that's the only reason, I'm keeping my vote for now.

One problem with the Guilds SK being here is that there were a lot of setup-specific things that helped him be more powerful.  Coins would be hard to do without making it obvious, and the whole "governor" thing we made was to make lynchproof not quite so scummy.  It would be cool if he was here, but that would be really hard to do.

Well, uh yeah, I rather hoped a townie from there is here. Then they can claim and are confirmed not-mafia. Which is rather good. Of course, the SK can claim too, I have no problem with that.

The SK can easily claim another role which won't help anything.  In the end, I don't think any role from that game is here because it would be too hard to implement without doing things for everyone.

That's still good for us.  There is a player that is definitely not Mafia.  We can look at them more if we have reason to believe there is an SK.

False. The SK may claim to be town, yes, but

a) you just said that it's extremely hard to incorporate the SK from there in this game.
b) even if they are here, they will be outed non-mafia, thus likely to draw nightkills, which is good news for us. This means that a SK probably does not want to claim here.
