Skyscraper

Skyscraper is blue. :(

I think that's all the blue ones! What happens now?

We win and start again with someone else as a master :) Cool work!

Do you guys think we can expand the teams some more? Haddock was really keen to play as well, but then we might need another person to keep it balanced.

Congratulations blue team!

I understood Bill and Mail as Clinton clues (that was clever!), but I didn't follow why "Bug" was in that list too... can someone enlighten me please? :-)

I picked BUG as the third ANIMAL (which seems to have been right), and SKYSCRAPER as the second SPACE (which was wrong).

Ah well. Well played, blue team.

What were our clues? I take it ANIMAL was BUFFALO, BUG and MOUSE.

My words were awful.

Yes, but I didn't notice worm.

Space was for satellite and mouse (space bar-->computer-->mouse)

Clinton was for bill, mail, hook (for Bill's hookup with Monica) and shoe, because it was our last word. After giving the clue, I looked up to see if shoe had any relation to Clinton, and apparently sometime in 2014 Hillary had a shoe thrown at her, so maybe you could get it.

Ah, I thought of "hook" as the second one for "space" after "satellite".

Yo!
Space tells me you guys might be thinking of starting a Codenames IX with bigger teams.
I'm totally in if so.

Right! So Haddock, RR and Jack vs me, LL and Gkrieg? :-)

I guess someone on the Haddock-RR-Jack axis should make the next grid, and maybe we can nominate Gkrieg as clue-giver for our side?

Perfection.  Can I not be grid-person for the first one?  Don't know what I'm doing on that front.

Seems sensible -- you're replacing Mail-mi, who was just the grid-person for your team anyway. So I guess Jake and RR can fight it out by seeing which one posts a grid first, and sends the coloured-in one to Gkrieg? There's a google docs spreadsheet that does all the hard work, though it might be nice to update it with some new vocab at some point :-)
