I need to juggle my priorities. Right now scum has little reason not to night kill me. But I'll give scum reasons. This is not to offend town, I'm just trying to cover all my bases.
1. You guys know I'm a cop, you can block me.
2. There is the possibility that I could investigate scum and say you're town. I'm obviously more likely to do that if I live.

The other problem is that if I get 'No Result,' I mighy get lynched because people will be mad.

But it boils down to the fact that I cause no harm to Mafia or Town and lynching me hurts both of your factions.

Wow.  Lots going on while I was asleep.
I'll need to catch up on things. 
But my first thought from skimming RR's posts is that his frustration seems genuine.  Obviously a full claim would be helpful for us to make a decision, but I'm willing to believe he's not outright scum, at least.

Someone asked for a Hydrad case.
My case was founded on: He's done a few Hydrady things, and few things I associate with scum!Hydrad, rightly or wrongly - His post where he says something like "Well that's fair enough then" or something.
That said I'm aware that my Hydrad vote is pretty out of date, so unvote until I get a chance to catch up.

I'm in a similar position to Ichi in terms of ludicrous busy-ness.

Why not just lynch RR?  Keeping claimed survivors has never worked out well, and there's always the chance he's lying.  And scum is not going to kill him.  I'd prefer to lynch RR over forcing more claims.
