Why couldn't they have shot traitor N1 and you N2? I agree it seems less likely, but why has it been ruled out completely?

It makes no sense to consider D1 and D2 wagons for deciding who's scum here. We're looking for the Traitor, who didn't know their partners until N2. They're just as likely to be on- or off-wagon as any townie.
Damn it, I keep forgetting that traitor didn't know scum (because they did in the only game I was traitor). In which case, the useful information is that Awaclus, Ichimaru Gin, Voltaire, Witherweaver, Hydrad were on the good kill D3, and me, faust, ss were not.
