When I bought my soothsayer, it was by accident. I meant to get mint on that turn, but it turned out helping me.
When I first saw the kingdom I thought, 'so many ways to get coin besides copper on this board. Just have to figure out the fastest to start getting grand markets.' Secret Chamber is good for something.

Would double Remake be good here, since it's a supercollider?

<shrug> sounds good. Maybe I'll play the kingdom again to try that.
...but not tonight. It's after 2am and I work tomorrow...

yes.  I would probably have to play it a couple times, but I think double remake is the way to go on this board.  On a 5-2 I would probably go mint/SC, get a remake with SC, then you are on your way to GMs and stuff.

But more on topic, nice win.  If you can take a force win, always do it.  Piling out curses is an especially fun way to do that.

Man. I had four strips of bacon yesterday. Was one automatically undercooked, one automatically overcooked? No, let's put a stop to that right here, all four strips were excellent.

Nice. Don't remember the details, but I once won a game by 2 points by buying 6 Curses in a single turn to end the game. Dominion can be a silly game.

Wait, now we're getting Soothsayer and Mint mixed up too?  Oh boy...
