Actually, please belay that request. Clarification request: if I have resources on one plant that another plant could hold during the power plant purchase step, may I move resources from one plant to another or are they wasted when replacing a plant?.

(Conditional: buy 5 garbage if the 6th garbage could not be transferred from one plant to another in the event of plant replacement next turn).
