one of mine was Hydrad. Since I doubt anyone would of figured that out.

I think it did well but xkcd picked up too much steam.

Personally I think the comic has gotten much worse over the past few years. I had slated Unconditional Love to win.

He submitted xkcd and Pokemon.

Second place goes to silverspawn!

He submitted food and Game of Thrones.

The other semifinalists were A Drowned Kernel for submitting Unconditional Love and The Best 5$ Card Ever and Gkrieg13 for submitting P Equaling NP and Noodles.

The comics have gone down a bit. But that is totally compensated by his books: What If and The Thing Explainer.

Both are really quite clever and fun.

My first draft of submission included "isomorphisms", and I thought about submitting "P vs NP". I kind of hoped one of those would win.
