I thought there was a thread about this already, but apparently it was just a contest.  So here is such a thread!  Post Kingdoms that are particularly flavorful or theme-y, then maybe discuss what you might actually do on such a board.  I present:

There's a lot going on for the Chivalry board, and ultimately I think it gets messy no matter what you do.

No trashing is the defining feature, so timing a Dame Anna gain can just win you the game altogether. Otherwise, I think you have a strong incentive to get to Champion as fast as you can plausibly manage, then use Nobles you scooped up along the way for draw and figure out how to score from there. You can't really go for Castles early or without Champion; half of them are vulnerable to Knight attacks and your deck will go nowhere with 10+ dead cards and no nonterminal draw. You also don't have a lot that can help you win Tournament fast, even though fully four of the Prizes matter here (don't forget the Champion / Diadem mega combo, especially with Crown!!!). I think once your Champion is up you evaluate if you go for 1 Province then Castles or just all Provinces based on the game state.

Fun fact: you can Prince any Prize other than Diadem, but you probably will have trouble setting that up here.

I would probably get 3 fv, 3 baker, 3 butcher, 1 spice merchant and one forager. Orchard makes this worth 12. I don't think vineyards is a thing because you can just mill provinces with butcher.

Cthulhu board: This one is actually kinda nuts. Sacrifice is the star of the show here, turning all those damn Ruins into engine fuel to the point where I wonder if you can actually make a nontraditional engine fire out of these pieces using Sacrifice as your only source of plus Action. Ultimately the lack of +Buy kills it, but with Haunted Woods and Cultist chains for draw, Conspirator for payload, it almost had something to it. Sad.

You'll want to buy Curse opportunistically, probably one time after you dud due to too many Ruins. There's a cool thing you could probably do with Altar or Graverobber and Ritual where you gain a Curse to get points, then use Altar to gain a $5 and trash the Curse, etc, but who knows how well that actually works you know. This probably ends up just not being a super fun board. BUY HAUNTED WOODS.

Flava Flav: It's a Vineyard board! I think the piles you want 3+ of are definitely FV, Butcher, Baker. maaaaaybe Wine Merchant (keep some out of the way on the mat!), and probably Forager. I would honestly consider skipping Spice Merchant in lieu of three Forager for the bonus even if they end up being dead weight? I dunno man. HoP can't be that bad here, either, but just as an Action gainer that you Butcher into something else late.

Well, there is Altar to gain extra things, and Graverobber lets you get stuff that you've trashed previously.  You can also use Possession as pseudo-+Buy.

Well, there is Altar to gain extra things, and Graverobber lets you get stuff that you've trashed previously.  You can also use Possession as pseudo-+Buy.

You can get more than one gain a turn to get components, but thy don't synergize with the payload well (Conspirator in particular basically demands +Buy to be worth it), and terminal space is limited and inconsistent. So it's probably not going to do better than Cultist + modest thinning / cleanup + money and regular greening.

Same here. Pretty much all my designed themed kingdoms have fan cards, and really wouldn't work as well without them.
