ottocar mixed it up from our previous leaderboard cheaters but he/she is almost certainly still a cheater. in the past people beat up on low level accounts a lot of times to boost their levels. otto just did the same thing, except he beat up on a higher level account.

ottocar jumped 12 levels from 40 to 52 playing 30 games.
111111 fell 7 levels from 36 to 29 playing 30 games.

a 12 level jump would probably take the lvl 40 beating a lvl 36 30 out of 30 times. technically possible i guess, but i think occam's razor would draw a different conclusion.

Do you have any info about how he got to level 40? It would seem strange for a player good enough to play a lot and hit 40 to then suddenly decide to cheat to jump to the top.

Hm... it's possible he could have used other alts to get that high? Or decided the rank was really important to him...
