What order would/did you buy the promos in?

Am inclined to go for Black Market, Governor, Envoy, Walled Village, Stash.

Governor and Black Market are clearly the highest priorities, though Envoy is plenty of fun as well.  I guess some people don't like BMBlack Market and would put Envoy ahead.

I got Envoy, Walled Village, Governor then bought the other 2 once they were available.  If it's possible to do that now I still would.  If I still had to use shields, I'd go Black Market -> Envoy -> Walled Village -> Stash -> Governor. 

For me, Governor was not a priority because I dislike the card, but I of course got it anyway.

I only have Black Market and find myself not motivated enough to get the last 6 VP Shields I need in order to get Walled Village (the more Villages the better). The three other promos leave me cold.

I got as confused as you in the first place, but BM stands for Black Market here, not Big Money. ;-)

Governor! I dislike all the other promos, but Governor is awesome.

It's a toss up between Governor and Stash. I think both are great promos. Next would be Envoy then Walled Village. Black Market is a no go for me.

I just really like it. It having a different back is cool. I really enjoy playing with it in person and online. It is such a shame it doesn't play on more boards. I am always a little sad when I can't find a strategy to integrate it when it shows up.

At least in multi-player it plays more often than two player because money-based strategies are more important.

I think for owning cards, Governor and Black Market make the most sense (assuming you own all the expansions), since the others have much less unique mechanics (ok, Stash is kind of unique, but it is so meh, that who cares). I agree with buying Walled Village just to have more Villages, though, because games without any +Actions are usually less fun.
