okay, so you CAN take on an optional cost that you can't afford. I know you get dept when someone makes you lose money w/black cards, but you can also choose to build something that you must take dept to pay for? hmmmm. Probably hardly ever a good idea, but that's interesting.

No, I think that was eHalc misinterpreting question. You can only take debt when forced to pay due to the debt mechanic.

Since everyone should know what's in everyone's hands at this point, are we free to banter?  I guess not everything is fully known.  Davio doesn't know what black card is in lio's hand, and I don't know TWO black cards in Davio's hand.  Bleh I am least informed. :P
