Is there a randomizer app that would let me enter names for custom fan-made cards I have printed out?

Dominion Kingdom Deck

It's free, but it hasn't been updated since Prosperity, so no Young Witch bane and it doesn't automatically handle including Shelters. It does have a nice Black Market function, though.
