Galz, did you check Mail-Mi last night?

He said he was going to, that was the plan. Waiting on him to tell us what he discovered.

So there's a bonus to ending days early.  We were already thinking we needed to actually get our votes down before the last 5 minutes, but I'd say this is a ton of incentive.

If we agree to a soft deadline, is there some way we can enforce it?

Like if it comes down to two people and they both agreed to be online for the deadline, should we collectively decide to lynch the one who didn't show up or something?  I'm getting the impression it is in scum's interest to tank soft deadlines, but also Ash told me they never work anyway, so how should we enforce it?

They killed Robz?  He's with me and UoS in Hufflepuff.

I'll share his final thoughts here.

Good luck with that. From my experience the person trying to enforce it (me) just ends up being accused of manipulating town and/or no one listens or cares. So good luck!

Also, why do we think they killed Robz?  Is there any way we can use that decision to deduce anything?  He didn't really say much, so why kill him?

I'm very interested to hear from Galz and mail-mi.

Robz wanted to discuss how much chairs talked in his House QT, given he turned out to be scum.  He felt that there could be something there.

Can his housemates describe his talkativeness here?

I found him pretty scummy as did Galz... not sure why they would have pinpointed him...

The fact that BOTH claimed PRs survived is very suspect.

I think it is more likely that mail-mi lied than Galz.

So there's something we both completely agree on!

I also found him super scummy.

Another thought I had: I am very, very sure we should lynch off-wagon, barring PR stuff.

We got chairs in spite of our disorganization, not because of it.  There were reasons that he was scummy, but we could've run through that last hour again and ended up lynching 5 different people.

Soft deadlines can work and cannot work.  They sometimes don't work because people won't be on, because people tend to make less time for a soft deadline, but they make sure we avoid no lynch, which is good.

Robz was a VT, btw.  The message didn't make that clear, I don't think.. Sprout wasn't one of the listed mentors for PRs.

The way that day ended, NO WAY Galz/Jimmmmm lynched their roleblocker teammate.  Impossible.  ICs to me.

UoS was on him the whole time, no reason to keep your vote on your roleblocker all day.

Plus, overall, why bus your Roleblocker on D1 when we had a viable mislynch in Eevee going?  Even if Eevee is scum, man, you lose your goon over your Roleblocker any day.

The fact that BOTH claimed PRs survived is very suspect.

I think it is more likely that mail-mi lied than Galz.

Why are you even alluding that Galz might have lied? Here is the scenario.

Galz watched/tracked mail-mi.

This means that mail-mi if healer (would have targeted Galz, and Galz would have seen it).
If mail-mi isn't the healer then he couldn't have targeted Galz and Galz can pinpoint that mail-mi is scum.

However, if mail-mi is the healer mafia also can't NK mail-mi because Galz would be watching him and out be able to out who the scum was that performed the kill.

So like I said, waiting for Galz to share what he knows.

I think Galz is pretty much IC at this point.  I'm playing as if he is.

Anyway, if Galz tracked mail-mi last night, he should have a result.  If you're a doc you target two people last night.. Galz and someone else.  No one else in the game can target two players, so doc should be able to be confirmed by Galz.

Mail-mi could be telling the truth and the mafia just chose to dodge both the watcher and doctor.  Which would make sense.  Or mail-mi could be scum.

So just mail-mi, Ash, and Liopoil alive off-wagon.  That certainly makes the case for Mail-mi's claim being true even weaker than it already was.

One point Galz discovered was that mafia didn't know beforehand who the roleblocker was. So it would have been a blind buss.

For that, I think today, we can only lynch one of:

mail-mi, ashersky, liopoil

I think mail-mi is most likely lying about being a Doctor.

Our house asked EFHW last night, and got this answer:

Scum did NOT know that Chairs was the roleblocker.  Only that he had a 50% chance of being a roleblocker.

Still, I think that people on Chairs are less likely to be scum that would be normal on a day one.  I don't think you bus your teammate who has a 50% chance to be a roleblocker, especially while there are other choices.
